Located just 1,7 km away from the sandy beach of Bali, in the north coast of Rethymno, in a plot covering 1.000 sq. m., Vista Paraiso Luxury House is a holiday house that will fulfil all your needs and expectations for your summer holiday.


Layout


The property covers 340 sq. m. in total, divided in two floors and can accommodate 11 people in its 5 en-suite bedrooms. Furthermore, its layout of the property is convenient for big families or groups of friends, consisted of an autonomous studio, the main building and a secondary area.


Main building


Ground Floor


The main living area is consisted of an open plan space, including a living room with 2 sofas, 65 HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 5, bluetooth speaker, an indoor dining area for 10 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with island counter and branded built-in appliances, with access to the parking area. Additionally, two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms features 3 single beds (two of which can be joined together to form a double bed upon request), while the other one offers 2 single beds (which can also be joined together to form a double bed upon request) and opens up to the pool area. Finally, a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer and a WC are also available on this level.


First Floor


Ascending a few stairs, guests will reach the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa, one of which has its own private balcony, while the other opens up to the spacious veranda, both equipped with outdoor sitting areas and offering wonderful views of the area. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, A/C, 43 HDTV, open closet and suitcase stand and offer two single beds each (that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request). A large veranda is also available on the first floor, enjoying beautiful views of the sea and surrounding hills and overlooking the pool terrace.


Studio


An autonomous studio on the ground floor, offers privacy among your group and direct outdoor access to the pool terrace. The studio is also equipped with two single beds (that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request) and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, 43 HDTV, open closet and a small fridge.


Secondary Area


A secondary living area is also at the disposal of the guests, with direct access to the pool terrace and the BBQ, featuring a kitchenette with a small fridge and sink, 65 HDTV with Netflix, as well as another dining table for 10 people, enabling you to enjoy your family meals at ease. Moreover, a space dedicated to those who wish to keep during their holiday, has also been created, providing a wooden sauna, static bicycle, wights, abs machine, stepper and gym balls. Finally, an additional bathroom with shower can be found in this space.


Outdoor area


The 550 m2 outdoor area of Vista Paraiso is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by lawn-covered areas, flowers and plants, featuring a variety of amenities which include:


- 75 m2 private swimming pool, 1.60m deep.


- 10 m2 childrens pool, 40cm deep. Both pools can be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).


- Outdoor hot tub for 5 people on the first floor veranda.


-The pool terrace is furnished with several spots for relaxation and sunbathing including comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, bean bag loungers, two outdoor living rooms with sofas and armchairs, side tables, poofs and outdoor shower).


- Fully equipped gas BBQ facilities


- A ping pong table is available


- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests.


- Private parking inside the premises for 3 cars.

The villa is located 1,7 km away from the sandy organised beach in Bali village, a beautiful seafront village with a lovely view to the Cretan Sea. It is one of the most central locations of the island of Crete, from here you can easily access the whole island, as it is 30 km away from Rethymno and 51 km from Heraklion town, both offering a wide variety of shops, facilities and entertainment.
