Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary large villa with it’s spacious outdoor settings. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 150m2 private swimming pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium swim-up sun beds or one of the lounge areas. From the impeccable design to the private pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also a table tennis and a playstation 5 for our younger guests to inspire togetherness. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

The leading style throughout the 400m2 luxury retreat combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. The spacious lounge features a panoramic window with gorgeous pool views which leads to the terrace and pool. It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 22 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. An indoor working space with two monitors, keyboards and mouses are also available for the ones who wish to work remotely. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests in real beds in its 9 bedrooms and if needed there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, where one more guest can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.

Location Overview :
Borosso Villa is located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 5 minutes away by car, or approximately 15 minutes walking distance. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Prinos village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views! Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…Definitely you have plenty of choices and chances to experience moments that will be everlasting for you and your loved ones.
