Beautiful and comfortable mountain flat, 5 minutes walk from the center, located along Via Belvedere which offers an exceptional view over the mountain landscape and the Stretto di Messina.
The flat is richly furnished, it has been used for a long time as a holiday home, which is why it offers all the comforts and services, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room for fun evenings with friends.
The house is surrounded by a private green area, with a barbecue corner that gives the chance of a bbq on a sunny day.

la location é bella, la vista fino alÈtna dalla terrazza stupenda, la tranquillità perfetta, ma....tutto e´in degrado, tutto e`da ristrutturare: gli impianti elettrici, la doccia, il bidet, il forno e la lavastoviglie non funziona, dal forno a gas, manca un bottone , funzionano solo i piccoli piatti, dura un secolo a cucinare e poi mancava anche l'acqua. Questo forse era un problema in tutto il villaggio. Purtroppo non possiamo consigliare a nessuno stare in questo appartamento fino alla ristruttazione, il look vintage di famiglia ci ha piaciuto, ma... non era la prima volta che abbiamo affittato con Vrbo un appartamento nemmeno in Calabria!.Insomma stata una brutta esperienza!
