This modern and bright vacation home is located in a small village in the hinterland of Rogoznica. From the outside, the house reflects the traditions of Dalmatian architecture, while the interiors are modern, luxurious and very well equipped.
With one bedroom on the first floor, another three upstairs, as well as ample space for children's activities, Marietta Villa is perfect for a single family retreat, and also a joint vacation for multiple families.
The Villa boasts a view-protected outdoor pool that incorporates a 4 person jacuzzi.
You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and, within 4 miles you will find the nearest restaurant, grocery store, as well as other quality restaurants nearby.
The surrounding area is famous for very beautiful pebble beaches and the infamous blue waters along the rocky coastline of Croatia.
Take a day trip to the beautiful town of Skradin and the National Park Krka, for an iconic photo of the most famous waterfall in Croatia, before coming home to relax in your luxurious home at The Marietta Villa.
