Villa Adria View I with a heated pool can ideally accommodate 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Furthermore, there is a summer kitchen with grill facilities and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator,dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven and coffee maker.
The outdoor pool is 9 meters long and 3,5 meters wide. It comes with a heating option included, which is great for the spring and autumn seasons. The pool offers perfect refreshment during the hot summer days. Next to it, there is a sunbathing platform with a row of 5 sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas. When it gets too hot you can retreat in shade or relax in the fully air-conditioned living room.
The living space of the Villa Adria View I with pool has the size of 212 square meters, while the total estate has 400 square meters. Along with a south-facing terrace, here you have two side terraces. Thus you always can choose between a sunny or shaded lounge.
One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, and three bedrooms are on the upper floor.
