Apartment Tanita No.1 is located in Podstrana, a small tourist destination near Split. What makes this apartment special is the fact that it's the first house along the shore and it has its own cove. The beach is a combination of fine sand and pebbles and it is ideal for families with kids and older people because entering the sea is easy as the slope is mild. Also, if you prefer, you can choose to use loungers and sunshades, and there is a private outdoor shower. Combination of design, interior as well as exterior, in combination with lights creates a nice and comfortable ambient easy to enjoy. This apartment consists of spacious 'open space' concept that has a living room and kitchen with all the electronics, two bedrooms with big double beds and two separate bathrooms. There are also a free wi-fi and one parking space that are available. You can opt for walks on the beach where you have a bar and a restaurant only 30 m away. The nearest market to shop in is 300 m away, as is a bus station that connect Split and Omis in both directions. Airport is 27 km away. A spa and wellness facility and tennis and golf course are 1,5 km away.


Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

This apartment was great for a family reunion with a small child. Spacious and well equipped- it had everything we needed with the beach on your front steps and the beautiful sea views. The local area was great with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful with arranging last minute airport transfers and showing us around. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Special place!

Nice quiet location on the beach., very comfortable condo with easy bus access to Split. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within an easy walk. The locals were outstanding, happy to accommodate requests and very grateful for the tourist industry. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away in an authentic location, this property is perfect. We would definitely return again.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment , everything as expected. Provided full information on everything when we arrived. Shops close by , bars and restuarants conviently close and the buses very convenient to use to see other towns, therefore not needing to hire a car .Had Netflicks on television . Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Special place!

Beautiful space and super clean, in a great location!! This apartment was very nice and clean. It was spacious and the location is just 15-20 mins outside of Split city. If you have a car highly recommend staying here a few nights as it is very quiet and lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance from the building. Communication was amazing, they were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at these seaside apartments! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the sea right from the property. Our whole family, grandparents, parents, and our toddler under two, truly enjoyed every moment. One of the highlights was the lovely playground area, complete with a friendly tortoise that delighted the little one. The space felt very family-friendly and safe. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a small issue with the WiFi when we arrived, but he resolved it very quickly and made sure we were comfortable and connected. Overall a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

So beautiful apartment in a beautiful, beautiful location! Love-love-love! Public transport, bakery and food market just near by. You can see fishermen fishing in the sea, moonlight from the little balcony, sunset from the beach and you can also see dolphins swimming in the sea from the balcony or window. Stipe was on very kind and friendly host. We can really recommend this beautiful apartment We will come back certainly as soon as possible :)

We truly enjoyed our stay in Podstrana. The apartment was spacious, clean, had parking and was on the waterfront. It also had easy access to Split and A1. We enjoyed the sunset from the patio off the bedroom and loved listening to the sound of the sea. Our host Stipe was terrific! Whenever we contacted him, his response was quick and helpful. He suggested several restaurants in both Podstrana and Split. We tried many of them and in each case came away happy.

Lovely apartment

We were met by Stipe who was very nice and gave us lots of information about the apartment, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was situated right on the beach and had sun beds and umbrellas for our use. The road to Split can get busy due to traffic lights. There are lots of places to eat along the beach which is lovely to walk along, also the water is crystal clear and lovely to swim in. I would recommend this apartment and would love to come back one day.

Fabulous apartment

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment. It is even better than the listing. The location on the beach can’t be beat. Having our own little bay with beach chairs and umbrellas was a luxury! There is even gelato, coffee and amazing restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach. The apartment is clean, very comfortable and perfectly maintained. Stipe was really helpful and met us for check in. He gave us lots of info about Split and the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split.

Special place!

I’ve been to Croatia countless times, and stayed all over the country along the coast. This place is perfect for families with little kids who want to avoid the long walk to the beach. A few stairs down and you’re at the beach. You have to be careful of the main road above and never let the kids outside without your supervision depending on age but overall the location and the place is perfect. Hard to find places like this that are available. Stipe is a great host and always helpful when needed

Brilliant service!

This is a delightful apartment that provides beautiful views from inside and easy beach access. The clean rooms are generously spaced and a full two bathrooms makes life easier, particularly in the mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses . . . and even some “starter” coffee. Thank you! The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for items you may have brought (or bought.) The apartment is beautifully located on the side of a hill, which provides wonderful views throughout the day. A series of steps into the apartment (10) and onto the beach (43) are well lighted and have helpful handrails. Of particular note is the excellent communications with the host. He quickly responded to texts, proactively offered restaurant and tourist advice and was helpful in his recommendations. Thanks for a very enjoyable time!

Glorious residence!

Stipe was a great host. Check on us on regularly basis and responded immediately when we had a request. This was a beautiful and modern place to stay so close to the sea. You walk out of the complex onto the beach with clear calm and pristine waters. It is like paradise. Definitely a place I would recommend, as it is spacious and we were 4 adults that enjoyed this stay and it far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book here again. Extraordinary journey!

Stipe’s apartment was really good. Spotlessly clean, modern and plenty of appliances and everything else you may need. Space is amazing with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms and large kitchen/diner/lounge. View from the apartment is right over the beach which is lovely. Loungers are provided which is nice, The apartment is on the main road but you really can’t hear it at all so isn’t an issue. You can get a bus which runs every 30 mins but finding out exactly is a mystery! Uber is not too much but takes same time as traffic awful getting into split at peak times. Overall a cracking place to stay!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

A break away with friends and we couldn’t have been happier with this apartment, our host and its surroundings. Stipe is an exceptional host. His communication throughout was first class. After asking about the best way to get there from the airport he even offered to arrange a transfer for us which resulted in us having contact with a most courteous and punctual driver whom we used on a couple of occasions. We were met at the property by Stipe and given a thorough guide through the apartment and how to operate everything and where to find sun loungers etc along with recommendations of local restaurants, bus timetables, directions to local shops etc. Podstrana is a wonderful location, everything in easy walking distance and felt so safe and friendly. The little beach in front of the apartment is a quiet spot, stony but very clean and extremely safe for swimming with gorgeous clear water. I have no reservations in recommending this listing and we would return in a heartbeat. 🇭🇷😊

High-end vacation!

Personen jeg forholdt meg til hele tiden het Stipe og det er han beskrivelsen gjelder for. svært hyggelig. Leiligheten var romslig og fin med alle behov dekket. Nye badehåndklær og skifte på sengene hver uke. Leiligheten ligger ved sjøen som er klar og innbydende.

Veldig fin leilighet og beliggenhet. Vi fant veldig fine restauranter i nærheten, særlig 3 restauranter ca 1,5 km nordover. Veldig deilig med strand utenfor leiligheten, med egne senger, parasoller og badehåndklær.
