The apartment was nice and as described. It is away from town but very close to the beach. It is an easy walk to old town. We felt very safe and comfortable. We love Split! Thank you for letting us stay here. We will be back!

2 week stay- quiet and restful stay!

We loved it! I was in Split for a competition and I brought my 2 year old son and my mother in law. The garden was perfect for us all to relax and spend time together! We loved sitting at the table overlooking the garden for our meals. It was also so nice to have a washer machine to wash our clothes! My mother in law would walk every day to the beach because it was so close! Darvor was such a great host and so kind! If we come back we will stay here again!! Great quiet neighborhood!

Located just outside the marina of Split, easy to get there by bus (8 min), quiet location. Near the Plaja Kastelet, a very nice beach where you can sun bade and swim, in the clear blue water, or you can take a sea trail, next to the water to a nice restaurant/café …

Delightful vacation spot, with a nice patio

This was a lovely location with a nice patio. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us some good advice for restaurants and groceries. We were a short walk from a beach access as well.

Great location and great value!

Davor's place is a wonderful little spot in a fantastic location. Just at the end of the road is a great beach and it is just half an hour to walk to the centre of Diocletian's palace. Davor is friendly and welcoming and very responsive with communication. We had a wonderful 5 days and would quickly recommend his apartment as a great spot to stay when you visit Split.

Leider entsprechen die Fotos im Inserat nicht den aktuellen Gegebenheiten. Der Garten besteht nur aus einer Sitzecke, der schöne Rasen ist jetzt ein Tomatenbeet des Vermieters. Die Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Verschimmelter Duschvorhang, Toilette und Bade(Dusch)wanne sollten Zeitnah erneuert werden. Die Möbelfronten in der Küche sehen grauenvoll aus. Die Möbel im "Wohnzimmer" laden nicht zum hinsetzen ein. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Meter, allerdings gibt es da keine Liegen, Sonnenschirme. Auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit Getränke oder einen Snack zu kaufen. Zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Zum Hafen und in die Altstadt ca. 20-25 Minuten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Restaurants am Hafen ist völlig aus dem Rahmen.

Great property great location

We loved this place, it really was a home away from home. Walking distance to supermarkets and to the beautiful old town of Split. The garden and patio area is lovely and a peaceful retreat after a day climbing Forts and hiking up to see water falls. Davor is a wonderful host, very helpful with information on getting around and is on hand for any questions or issues (not that we had any). Thank you Davor for a wonderful stay in Split😊

Quiet location near the beach within easy walking distance to town

We loved the proximity to the beach and the backyard was a nice little treat, although would love to see it cleaned a bit better (for example someone's discarded contact lens was on the nightstand..) Overall good and what you'd expect at that price.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 10 jours très agréables. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour ceux souhaitant se baigner à la plage (5min à pied) et il y a également un arrêt de bus proche pour atteindre la Riva. Concernant l’appartement, celui-ci, est bien équipé, la terrasse est bienvenue tout comme la télévision qui dispose de toute les chaînes internationales. Merci.

Nice quiet spot close to beaches

Lovely apartment with a nice fresh garden. its location is ideal, the area is quiet, but at the same time close enough to the old town. And a very short walk to a couple of nice pebble beaches. Davor is a great host and very happy to help and give advice. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay in Split in this apartment. Within walking distance of great swimming beaches and old town and the Diocletian palace. Nice back yard to rest up after a busy day. Host is the most!

This apartment owned by Davro was very well located and nicely furnished. Davro was an excellent host, he ensured we had everything and was very helpful! Highly recommend this!!

Trés bon logement

La maison est à 3mn à pied de la 1ère plage. Le bus passe a cote de la maison ce qui permet ou d'aller sur les plages et la belle plage de bene ou d'aller de l'autre cote directement sur split. L'hôte est très serviable et très sympathique. La maison avec le jardin, la climatisation et les 2 grands lits est très bien. Je recommande vivement

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und nähe des Strandes und Splitcenter gelegen. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Terrasse, leider mit nervigen Mücken. Sonst sehr schöne Anlage.Ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Lage der Wohnung optimal , ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand und ca. 15-20 Minuten bis zur Hafenpromenade/Altstadt .Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung stark zu wünschen übrig.Ausstattung der Wohnung in Ordnung.

Super gelegene Unterkunft mit einigen Kritikpunkten.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert. Positiv: - Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand - Gemütlicher Sitzplatz im Garten - Freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kotankt jederzeit Negativ: - Das Internet (Wlan) war sehr langsam und oft gar nicht verfügbar - Die Sauberkeit liess leider zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Schränken dicke Staubschichten, ein alter Crosstrainer der einfach in dem ohnehin winzigen Wohnzimmer rumsteht. Beim ausschütteln der dickeren Decken kam einem ebenfalls eine Staubwolke entgegen. - Im Inserat wird erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz überdacht ist - es ist zwar ein Parkplatz vorhanden, überdacht ist dieser jedoch nicht. Trotz der genannten Kritikpunkten hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in Split, allerdings waren wir auch wenig "zu Hause". Für Leute die löngere Zeit im Haus verbringen würde ich die Unterkunft nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent and friendly service owner

Before we checked in we heard that we will stay at the 4th floor. After we checked in we learned that this is the best place more than we expected. The best view of Adreatic sea from the living room. We lost 2 luggage’s at the airport. The owner drove us his car to pickup our luggage’s at the airport 2 days later. We stayed here for 8 nights happily. We strongly recommended this place for Split vacation.

Un bon choix

Un petit endroit tranquille avec un propriétaire aux petits soins pour vous, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. L'equipement du logement est basique mais suffisant, , le coin jardin est un grand plus. La plage et la mer sont à proximité, mais pour rejoindre la ville, le port et son grand marché quotidien il vous faudra marcher 25 mn .Par chance la route est plate, c'est magnifique car on longe la mer et le temps ne parait pas long, Un très bon souvenir de ce beau pays, Merci encore pour tout Davor et que votre maman n'oublie pas :"qui va piano va sano". I was born in Split in 1970. I lived pretty much all the time in this city. Here I have finished all schools, elementary school, the medium of Medicine, and the Faculty of Chemistry.

I decided to start to rent the two apartments in this house, back in 2007, when I lost my job.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house is surrounded by greenery, on the southern slopes of the hill Marjan. The highlight of the apartment are the panoramic view of 360 degrees. Despite being only 20 minutes (walking) from the city center, seems to be in tranquility of the countryside, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful pebble beaches suitable for children and adults. On the south side of the house is the garden at the disposal of the tourists. The highlight of the apartment is the shaded area with table and chairs. lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and wood-burning all surrounded by grass and flowers and fruit trees. In front of the house there is a private parking for 4 vehicles, assured of ambi two guest apartments, including the owners.
