This three-storey cottage rests in Cleveleys and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms.
The Beach House is a contemporary three-storey house resting in the town of Cleveleys, Lancashire. Hosting three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, this property can sleep up to eight guests. The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor is home to an additional shower room and a snug featuring seating. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room leading out to an enclosed balcony. Outside on the ground floor, there is an enclosed garden and parking for two cars. The Beach House offers a fantastic base from which to explore the Flyde Coast.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven with halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Parking available for two cars. Enclosed garden with outdoor seating area. Enclosed second-floor balcony with bistro table and chairs. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Note: Ground floor snug with seating. Note: The garage is not available to guests. Note: No stag/ hen parties or similar.
