Property needs some TLC asap

The property is well decorated but I wouldn't say it is in an immaculate condition as described. Broken furniture in basement, wobbly taps in kitchen, no Hoover or broom onsite just a broken dust pan and brush. The carpet has come away from the runner at the top of the staircase and cut my sons foot. It was definitely not cleaned properly before we checked in. There were stains on the kitchen floor, cobwebs and dust in lots of places and the oven needed attention. The wiring in the property needs work as the electricity cut out on the top floor and the pressure of water for washing is not sufficient. I am sorry to say...⁰ I would not recommend this property unless the time and money is pumped into addressing this points and regular maintenance!
