Welcome to this wonderful country house with private pool. It is located in Biniali (Sencelles) and has capacity for 6 guests.
The exterior area of this country house is perfect to relax after a day visiting the island. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch or swim in the salt pool that measures 6 x 3.20 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Inside, a single floor comprises the different spaces in a traditional and cosy style. Upon entering from the porch, you find the living-dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and a table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. The sleeping area offers three double bedrooms with fan and wardrobe each. One has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two have twin beds and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Biniali is a borough belonging to Sencelles, but in reality the property is closer to the town of Binissalem, where you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the entire island as it is quite central. The closest beach is in Palma but you can also go north to see other beautiful beaches such as Alcúdia or Can Picafort, or you can also tour the Tramuntana mountains and discover amazing landscapes. If you are interested in playing golf during your stay, the closest course is the Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró, located 14.5 km away.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

Lovely house in a peaceful setting.

Lovely house that was very well equipped and clean. Fully enclosed gardens with a lovely pool and a shaded terrace. Really peaceful setting if you want to get away from it all although not far from the supermarket, but you do need a car. Really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon. Thanks Teresa (owner) for helping us out when my husband had an accident.

Lovely house

Great!

Checkin and checkout was really smooth. Communication was fine. The place was clean. You need a car because 30min away from the center. Extra towels would have been great and beach towels as well for people staying for a short duration. No airco but we didn’t need it. Globally it was great.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Tout était parfaitement propre et conforme à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été très réactif à nos messages. Des matelas gonflables étaient même mis à notre disposition pour profiter de la piscine, un vrai plus ! La maison est idéalement située : au calme, mais à proximité des principales villes à visiter (Valldemossa, Deià, Palma, Alcúdia…). Le village de Binissalem, juste à côté, possède une très belle place avec de nombreux restaurants et bars. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et reviendrions sans hésiter !

Super schöne Woche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Pool wurde regemäßig gereinigt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und man kann wunderbare ruhige Tage neben dem Ganzen Trubel auf der Insel geniessen. Da sie sehr zentral liegt kann man jedoch auch schnell andere Orte mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Pool und das Grundstück werden alle zwei Tage von der sehr freundlichen Eigentümerin gereinigt. Die Finca verfügt über eine moderne, gute Austattung und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolle Finca

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort und können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Zentral, an ruhigem Feldweg im Landesinneren gelegen. Wenige Autominuten zu den nächsten Orten. Toller Pool, stabiles Internet und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin die sich um die Gartenanlage und Pool kümmert.

Ca Na Menuda

Seit 15 Jahren kommen wir im Sommer in diese Finca um hier die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus ist sauber und inzwischen modern ausgestattet. Jeden zweiten Tag kommt die Besitzerin Teresa, kümmert sich um den Pool, die Pflanzen und den Außenbereich. Sie ist Ansprechpartnerin für alles, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden, nach einer Woche gibt es frische Bettwäsche. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir wieder gebucht.

Globalement nous sommes très contents de notre séjour

Maison un peu isolée, il faut obligatoirement une voiture. Il y a beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques mais comme partout peut-être sur palma. Ça nous a un peu freiné pour profiter de la superbe terrasse (famille avec 2 enfants). Cependant la maison est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse, moderne, confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé qui nous a gentiment été installé ainsi qu'un chaise haute et quelques jeux pour les enfants.

“Dear Teresa, Thanks for your hospitality, we had a great time!”

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Ca na menuda. Het huisje is rustig gelegen en was van alle gemakken voorzien. In de winter van 2020 is het huisje helemaal van binnen gerenoveerd en geisoleerd. Een mooie nieuwe badkamer met inloopdouche en een nieuwe, moderne witte keuken, met veel serviesgoed, pannen, bestek etc. Grote koelkast en een vriesdeel, oven en magnetron. Grote haard. Alles zag er nieuw en goed uit. De plek is heerlijk, midden in het platteland. Theresa was heel behulpzaam en communiceerde snel met ons via Whats app. Goede wifi. Het huisje ligt tussen Binnisalem en Biniali in, vlakbij fietsroutes. Echt een aanrader.

Die Finca selbst wurde gerade auf hohem Niveau komplett renoviert. Der Außenbereich ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, wunderschöne Bepflanzung. Herrlicher Poolbereich. Die Vermieterin kommt mehrmals die Woche und reinigt diskret den Pool und den Außenbereich und entsorgt den Müll. Die Finca ist etwas abgelegen, was absolute Privatsphäre garantiert. Wer Strandbesuche einplant, braucht ca. 20-30 min mit dem Auto bis zum Meer. Wir können diese Finca uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
