Lovely house with private swimming pool

Mijas Pueblo is one of the most beautiful white villages on the Costa del Sol, with a large number and variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located in the upper part of the village, with sea and mountain views. It is a great opportunity for couples who need to disconnect and are looking for calm and connection with nature.
The house is an open space where you will find everything you need to spend a nice holiday. It has two entrances, the main one leads to the living room, equipped with a comfortable cheslong, a fireplace and television. The other entrance connects the porch with the kitchen and is perfect for summer lunches and dinners. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x200 cm), views of the swimming pool and a recently renovated en suite bathroom.
The whole room is very bright.

The terrace with the swimming pool is very spacious, many sports can be practised there, and sunbeds, floats and parasols are at the disposal of the tenants. In addition, there is a covered area with tables to eat or have a snack while enjoying the pool (BBQ is also supplied).

Great Location

Eva and her mother were excellent hosts, who met us on arrival and showed us around the property. The couple of small issue we had were resolved instantly and they were easy to contact. The property itself is in excellent condition with a new en-suite off the main bathroom. They have many towels available for use including pool side ones. The good sized & equipped kitchen has a nice internal eating area. Alfresco dining can be taken at 3 locations outside. The pool & terrace area is large and gets the sun all day and is great for sitting outside at night."

Stayed in Mijas numerous times but Eva's place was the best we've stayed at.

Eva and her mum were great. There were fires on the mountainside over Mijas and they kept in touch with updates during the 3 or 4 days when the fires were raging. Their concern was much appreciated. We hope to return next year.

Dans le centre de Mijas

Superbe séjour à Mijas et ses alentours! L'accueil par Eva et sa famille à été au top malgré la barrière de la langue. Gentillesse et disponibilité les caractérisent. La location est conforme aux photos et à la description : piscine privé et vue sur mer... juste génial! La climatisation aurait été vraiment un plus au vu des fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu, mais des ventilateurs était là. Nous avons passé de superbe vacance calme et reposante dans cette belle région andalouse.

Acogedor y tranquilo

La estancia ha sido sensacional. La casa estaba totalmente equipada. Poder comer y cenar en la terraza a la sombra de una enredadera y la privacidad de la piscina es lo que más hemos disfrutado. Aunque no tiene instalación fija de aire acondicionado, ésto no ha sido inconveniente para disfrutar de un buen descanso. Sin duda un lugar que repetiremos.
