Beatiful located townhouse "La Casa Chica"

Newly reformed Townhouse furnished with new scandinavian furniture.



Large southfacing terrace with room for a barbeque and sun all day.



Its located in the most atractive city on the cost, La Cala de Mijas. Very quiet and only 5 minutes walk to towncenter, beach, shops, restaurants and public transportation.

The townhouse has a beautiful communal pool area and garden.



The house has a livingroom with seatting for 4-5 persons and a kitchen.

Kitchen contains a small oven, 2 hobs, fridge with freezer, toaster. kettle and a coffeemachine.

2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk bed and a singlebed.

1 toilet with shower and a washing machine.



The teracce contains table and chairs , sunbeds and a outdoor barbeque.



The area:

There is a nice sandy beach only 5-8 minuts walk away and in the town center you will find several shops, a lot of restaurants, parmacy, banks and a lot more.

With a distance of 10 min. drive there are waterpark, Zoo, Multi-Screen cinemasand the Parque Miramar shopping center.

There are some stairs up to the entrance. Not handicap-friendly.

Approximately 12-15 minuts drive to Marbella or Fuengirola.

Extremely clean and comfortable in a great location. Short walk into La Cala with restaurants, bars and beach. Supermarket located a short distance away, a car is not essential for a stay at this property. Ole restaurant is directly opposite the apartment and well worth a visit. Would return without hesitation

Beyond expectations. A beautiful property in a fantastic location. All you will need for a vacation of any length . Immaculate and clean inside with id say one of the best showers ive ever used . Comfort and cleanliness with a stunning garden . Host beyond helpful and responsive. All the amenities you will need . Walking distance to shops and restaurants with the beach minutes away. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back

Christmas vacation in Costa del Sol

We had a lovely stay in Casa de Chica. The size of the house was perfect for 4 people and the garden with a lot of sunlight was great for sitting and relaxing outside. The owner was really nice and the communication was always fast. Thanks for having us.

Good, but not as I expected.

The property is described as a townhouse, which it is but it doesn't mention that it's split into two shared levels. Upper and lower. It sounds like the other occupants are in the same house and every little sound travels throughout the property. We could hear the other occupants conversations and also when they showered etc. Very clean and well equipped apartment but just not as private as we thought. Also a lot of traffic which echoes around the residency.. A steep hill to climb from the town but it's close to all amenities..

La Casa Chica

Great location for a stay in La Cala. The apartment is excellent and the garden/patio area is brilliant for relaxing in and gets the sun all day. The communal pool is great for a cooling swim and there is a fantastic restaurant on the door step. Yvonne and Marco the hosts are very helpful and communication with them is quick and easy. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We could not have found anything better

Pros: It wasn't just individual elements that hit the spot, it was the whole experience with Yvonne, among others, before our departure. (we knew we were arriving late and were looking for some eating options or supermarkets, Yvonne helped us quickly with that and we could easily plan). The house was in top condition and everything worked, the pool was perfect, the terrace was large and nice, the location good parking right outside and a nice beach a short walk away which our 4 year old thought was easy. All in all, just a really good overall experience and we would love to come back.

Fantastiskt boende i underbar miljö

Pros: Vi gillade allt med detta hus, läget och omgivningen samt närheten till det mest nödvändiga. Alla var nöjda med alla bekvämligheter, barnen älskade poolen!!! Vi hoppas på att kunna återvända inom snar framtid!

Mooi appartement met een prachtige terrastuin

Pros: Het appartement is op loopafstand van supermarten en het commerciele centrum incl horeca van La Cala de Mijas. Het ligt tegenover een van de betere restaurants. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Cons: Met jonge kinderen in het appartement erboven was het af en toe wel wat gehorig.

Vi är jättenöjda med boendet. Rekomenderas varmt.

Pros: Hemtrevligt boende med lugn omgivning. Rent med tillgång till extra sänglinne och handdukar vilket var värdefullt då vi stannade i drygt 2 veckor. Trädgården var fantastik med alla fina fruktträd och blommor som var välskötta, fanns både kolgrill och gasolgrill som fungerade bra när man gillar att laga mat själv. Bra trädgårdsmöbler. Underbar pool och bra kommunikation med värden. Cons: Det som behöver uppgraderas är ny stekpanna den som fanns var helt sliten och en större rostfrigryta. Behövs när man väljer att själv laga mat, i övrigt var det bra tillgång till husgeråd.

Väldigt bra hur för familjen.

Pros: En härlig uteplats med stolar och bord att sitta vid. Lite skönt avskilt läge men ändå nära till mataffär och stranden. Fint poolområde. Bra med sängkläder och handdukar. Fantastiskt att ha en tvättmaskin att tvätta upp en del kläder. Kylskåp och frys med bra matlagningsmöjligheter. Restaurangen Olé gjorde fantastisk god paella som vi kunde ta med oss och äta på utegården.

Fantastic location !

Pros: Great place superbly located just a 4 min walk downhill to the nearest supermarket and an additional 3/4 mins to the main area of Playa which includes the beach. Pool located at the back of the property which is large and peaceful ( when we went ) Cons: With 2 grandchildren in tow we were back at the property and the pool for 15.00 each day so didn’t venture out in the evening so it would have been nice to have had a few more English TV channels to watch especially after the sun had gone down and it turned a tad cooler.

Pros: We had a wonderful time in La Cala. Great apartment with everything you might need. Loads of space outdoor with barbecue, sun loungers. Swimming pool just one minute away and almost always completely empty. 7,8 minutes to the beach (make sure you use the shortcut). Big supermarket few minutes away. Highly recommended!
