House K-321 is a comfortable option for up to 5 guests, offering 45 m² of interior space and a 9 m² terrace with a sea view. You’ll find two bedrooms with beds for everyone, a living room with air conditioning included in the price, and standard Wi-Fi and satellite TV for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay.

Located in Zuborovica on the Pašman riviera in North Dalmatia, this spot is ideal if you want to enjoy the coastal atmosphere and relax on your own terrace overlooking the sea. Pets are welcome for an additional charge, so you don’t have to leave your companion behind. The host can communicate with you in both Italian and Croatian, making your stay smooth and welcoming.

House 321 is a great choice if you want your own space right by the sea in Zuborovica, on the Pašman riviera in North Dalmatia. This property is perfect for robinson style tourism, offering a unique experience where you have the entire place to yourself-no strangers, just you and your group of up to five people. The outdoor area is 100 m2 and includes a sitting area where you can relax just steps from the sandy beach.

You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: bedding, bathroom towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, a beach umbrella, deck chair, and even an infant bed. Free private parking is available, and if you’re arriving by boat, there’s a mooring spot for you. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The host can communicate with you in Italian and Croatian.

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft am Meer – nur ein paar Schritte und man steht mit den Füßen im Wasser. Kein Verkehr, keine Hektik – perfekt zum Entschleunigen. Unser Highlight war die große Terrasse: Sie bietet nicht nur einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, sondern lädt den ganzen Tag über zum Verweilen ein – Frühstück mit Meeresbrise, ein gutes Buch im Liegestuhl oder ein Glas Wein beim Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt – das großzügige Grundstück bot viel Platz zum Herumlaufen und Entspannen, was den Aufenthalt für uns als Hundehalter besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Etwas Besonderes war auch die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Sie waren stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und haben uns freundlich empfangen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und das echte Kroatien erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.Wir kommen definitiv wieder.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ein wundervolles Haus. Sehr sauber, alles vorhande...

Ein wundervolles Haus. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung. Liebevoll eingerichtet und vorbereitet. Klima, TV, Staubsauger, Föhn, Fliegengitter, top Küchenausstattung... eine tolle große Terrasse, tolle outdoor Möbel, verschiedene Sitzecken. Dank der Bäume ausreichend Schatten. Einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Baden in der Bucht ist herrlich zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Danach kann man sich wunderbar in der Außendusche abduschen. Ein unvergesslicher Ort zum Entspannen. Näher am Wasser geht nicht! Und feiner Sandstrand, Bootsanleger. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße Fam. Trost <3

Veľmi pokojné a pekné miesto. Ubytovanie je veľmi komfortné, plne vybavené, terasa pár metrov od mora, pár krokov a ste na malej pieskovej pláži, zdieľanej s niekoľkými neďalekými domami. Z pláže je výhľad na ostrov Sit a množstvo malých ostrovčekov. Dom je na neobývanej južnej strane ostrova, s prístupom po kamenistej ceste, treba prejsť cez hrebeň ostrova, pomalou jazdou zjazdné aj pre bežné auto a šoféra. (cca 20min). Pre ľudí hľadajúcich tiché a kľudné miesto je táto lokalita doslova ideálna.

Perfektní klidné místo. Skvělý servis ze strany majitelů objektu. Příjezdová cesta je celkem opravená, příjezd je bez problémů i běžným autem. Ubytování je komfortní, kuchyně vybavená a postele pohodlné. Pláž je písečná, vstup do moře je bez ježovek, jenom sem tam sumýš. Z pláže je výhled na množství ostrovů a ostrůvků. Nejvíce mě fascinovalo, že za tmy nezahlédnete jediné světélko vytvořené člověkem - takových míst už v Evropě mnoho není. Pokud pojedete s temperamentnějším psem, upozorňuji na hojný výskyt králíků, zajíců, bažantů a koček v okolí :) .

Super dopust! Hiška je za robinzonski dopust celo preveč opremljena ampak od viška glava ne boli; vsakdo pač vzame kolikor mu paše. Fotke na netu so stare; v resnici so dodali notranji tuš v prenovljeni kopalnici, ločili kuhinjo od dnevnega prostora, postavili zunanji kamin in na streho fotovoltaiko! Kljub temu, da je hiška na samem velja dodati, da na plaži pred njo ne morete pričakovati popolne samote; tu in tam se še najde kakšen turist. Glede dostopa; od asfaltirane ceste je do zaliva dobrih pet km makadamske ceste, ki je na krajših odsekih prevozna s pazljivostjo, nikakor pa neprevozna! Nič groznega, mogoče še boljše, da je tako; drugače bi zaradi množic rajski kotiček izgubil svoje čare! Lastnika - čista petica oz. 5+ !

Компания отлично работает по первому звонку решила все наши проблемы .хозяева встретили и проводили до домика очень хорошие люди .дом в отлисном состоянии есть все 3 вида гриля кухня оборудована чувстуется женская рука.сетки на окнах от насекомых до моря 10 шагов небольшой минус приезжает много посетителей а хотелось быть одним

The house is in a beautiful area, private, only so...

The house is in a beautiful area, private, only some neighbours occasionally. It must have been recently renovated, as it is way better than on the photos! Very well equipped, we didn't lack anything (even had wifi), and the hosts are very kind. The road is not paved, but we have a regular car (not SUV by far), and we made it no problem. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is the place! :)

As we love having peaceful vacations, this spot was our dream place. The house is nicely equipped with just everything we could need, it has a beautiful terrace and the beach only steps away. We were all alone in the cove most of the day, except for some neighbors coming to the beach once or twice a day. Waking up and going straight to the beach with my morning coffee with no one around is truly a luxury these days. If you want to rest, if you like it peaceful (beautiful view and sunsets included), this is a place for you. We have found our perfect place and will be booking for next year. The hosts are very nice and I highly recommend it.

It is a fantastic apartman, and we spent a wonderful week there in mid August 2020. The hosts were very kind and flexible. The distance between the see and the entrance of the house is cca 10 m. It is almost 100% Robinson-type housing. There are a couple of apartments nearby (100-200 m away), and 5-10 persons visited the same beach as we did. On some days, however, we were completely alone on the beach. And we were almost always alone in the early mornings and evenings. The nights withtout citilights were fantastic. The apartment is well equipped (it has been renovated recently, now it has ancy outlook, wifi, netfilx, etc). The short adventure tour from the main road to the house added to the good experience :worried: :hihi: (I drive an old fashioned sedan, and could survive the road)

Nádherné místo pár metrů od moře. Ideální pro rodiče s dětmi, nemusíte nikam chodit na pláž a nosit spoustu věci. Krásná dovolená, čisté more, jemný pisek, laskaví a přátelští majitele. Dům dobře vybavený, velký mrazák, všude síťky proti komárům. Na pláži jsme byli často sami a mohli si užívat západ slunce s kávou nebo vínem v ruce. Určitě se ráda vrátím. :kiss:

Domaćini su super, kuća je super, sve je čisto i uredno, more i plaža super! Pravi robinzonski turizam. ALI trebalo bi naglasiti gostima da je bolja solucija doći svojom brodicom ili manjom jahtom (jer ima dobar vez) nego kopnenim putem. Makadamska cesta je katastrofa i moguće je doći bez većih oštećenja i problema samo ako imate dobar džip ili neki vrhunski terenac.

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem, Fensterläden und Insektengitter in perfektem Zustand.Alles war sehr sauber. Auch die Terrasse ist prima zum frühstücken. Genug Platz für alle Familienmitglieder. Die Ruhe nachts ist wunderbar. Die Bessitzer sind aussergewöhnlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es ist Ihnen wichtig dass die Gäste einen schönen Urlaub haben.
