La Malagueta, considered one of the most exclusive and representative areas of Malaga, this exceptional home has an optimal location.

Pompidou 20 has been completely renovated, paying special attention to the layout of the living-dining room in order to create an open space for enjoyment. The two bedrooms have been designed to offer maximum rest and comfort. It is an apartment, focused to be comfortable and is also equipped with a bathroom, toilet and kitchen with all the amenities.

The location is exceptional to enjoy the benefits of the city, being just a step away from La Malagueta beach, the Pompidou Museum, the Plaza de Toros or Muelle Uno and exclusive restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and local shops.

In a wonderful walk through the magical Paseo del Parque gardens, you pass at the foot of the Alcazaba, through singular buildings such as the Town Hall, the Bank of Spain or the old Post Office, and you reach the historic city center in 10 minutes. There, you can stroll around and enjoy the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, Cathedral, theatres and other areas of interest.

Great Malaga Apartment

Location is great for walking. Very close to beach and boardwalk, as well as bull arena. Kitchen is tiny, but has everything you need. Would stay here again for sure. Excellent value

**Excellent accommodation that I can highly recommend**

The accommodation impressed me from the very first moment. The location is absolutely ideal – set in a quiet area, yet with excellent access to the city center, to the main attractions and near the beach. Everything you might need is within easy reach, making the stay extremely convenient. The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment has comfortable beds.. I also appreciated the small details that made the stay even more pleasant – plenty of towels,fast Wi Fi...The big advantage of the apartment are 2 bedrooms. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication was smooth from the very beginning, check-in was easy. This accommodation is an ideal choice for couples, families, and solo travelers. I would happily return and can recommend it without hesitation.

Apartment is comfortable and spacious enough. Very good beds, sheets and extra towels en including shampoo, soap and dishwashing soap, dishcloth and -pad. Interieur looks nice. Very helpfull office ao. to leave luggage. The sofa's were really outdated/threatbare and instructions for the (dish)washing machine and locations to seperate waste (could not find glass container) would be practical. Coffeemaker was only for 2 persons, the appt is for 6, but was for us no problem. The kitchen is a bit small, creating an open kitchen should be much more comfortable. Kitchenware was too few but was supplied during stay. Kitchen dry towel and basics like salt/pepper should be practical.

El piso estaba bien, pero lo mejor ha sido la atención personalizada de Marta...! Algo más de menaje (vasos por ejemplo) y que el lavavajillas hubiese limpiado bien, preferimos fregar a mano porque lo dejaba todo sucio.
