VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Two-Bedroom Apartment (Prunella)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 80m2 and balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with salt water.It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty. The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May.All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Excellent stay

Our stay at villa rosella was great. 10 min walking from the city centre an amazing garden and pool everything was very clean and the communication with the host was great. Only minus was the matras of one of the beds… to hard. But overall super pleasant stay and big recommendation

Fint og ren bolig. Sød og venlig værtinde. Lille køkken og ikke den bedste undretning. Dejlig pool, desværre var der mange myg ved poolen.

Appartement très bien situé à 15 mn à pied du port et des plages (De toute façon à Rovinj difficile de se garer bien plus près gratuitement) Une propreté impeccable. L'appartement correspond bien à la description avec 2 salles de bains et une kitchenette (très petite). A 4 nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. L'espace piscine est parfait. Attention au Wifi, il y en a 2. Ils portent le même nom à une majuscule prêt, il faut choisir le bon et tout fonctionne bien. Je recommande

Charmant logement biien situé, et conforme à la description. wifi un peu lent et pas disponible dans les chambres. chauffage d'appoint à l'air conditionné dans les chambres seulement. Escaliers pour accéder aux chambres. pittoresque ! :) peut être contraignant pour certains.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Check in war sofort nach unserer Ankunft möglich! Ansonsten hätten wir die Wartezeit am Pool verbringen dürfen! Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön und sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein! Zu Fuß waren wir in max. 10min in der schönen Altstadt! Zum Strand die gleiche Zeit, dann aber gleich angrenzend an die Altstadt! Wir haben uns für eine 5 minütige Autofahrt zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz entschieden, mit einem schönen Abschnitt am Meer! In der Wohnung war genug Platz für uns und unsere drei Kids! Die Unterkunft an sich sauber und dem Standard dort entsprechend, würd ich behaupten! Bettwäsche war vorhanden und die Handtücher wurden uns auch zwischen der Woche gewechselt! Der Check Out lief wieder total reibungslos! Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und zu empfehlen!

Flott bassengområde og behagelig med air-condition på soverommene! Vær oppmerksom på at det er en smal gang med en del trapper opp til leiligheten og en ganske ganske bratt trapp opp til soverommene i leiligheten. Bra med parkeringsplasser utenfor leiligheten.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Emplacement bien pratique car on peut accéder rapidement à la vieille ville et à la plage en marchant. L'appartement est très cosy et la literie est de très bonne qualité. A noter qu'on accède à l'une des chambres (très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un bureau), en passant par l'autre chambre (sombre et petite), qui se trouve en haut de l'escalier (sans porte côté escalier mais avec porte côté salon). Mais la grande chambre a quand même accès à l'une des salles de bain et au salon directement. En fait en bas il y a une salle de bain, une cuisine, un séjour et un balcon, et à l'étage il y a deux chambres, une salle de bains, un salon et une terrasse meublée. Le jardin et sa piscine sont vraiment idylliques, très bien entretenus et équipés de tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de congélateur, contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce, et que le débit internet est si faible qu'il vaut mieux pouvoir compter sur ses données mobiles.

Gute ruhige Lage, bequeme Wohnung

Super Lage, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, da ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum und vom Meer. Ruhige, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung, allerdings sehr kleine und knapp ausgerüstete Küche d.h. nicht für "richtiges Kochen" geeignet, ok für schnelle Mahlzeitvorbereitungen für 2-3 Personen. Klima in den Zimmern sehr zu schätzen, auch aufgrund der zahlreichen Mücken... Süßer Garten mit Pool, schattigem Sofabereich und einladenden Liegeplätzen, die wir aufgrund der zahlreichen und bissigen Mücken leider nicht nutzen konnten... Sehr Schade.

Great pool, great location but apartment too small for 5 people!

Great. The apartment was clean, location very good and pool area lovely. I think apartment we had was too small for 5 people - had to walk through one bedroom to get to the others. Kitchen too small for 5 people too. AC and Wi-Fi were not great with AC only working upstairs in 2 areas.

Härlig trädgård/poolområde

Lägenheten var okej, allt var rent och så men jag saknade bättre möbler på lägenhetens balkong för att kunna sitta och njuta eller äta middag där. Det som var höjdpunkten med boendet var den fantastiskt härliga lugna trädgården, loungeområdet med pool som både vi vuxna och barnen gillade, det var där man ville vara. Cirka 15 promenad till hamnen vilket var lite för långt i mitt tycke, en kort bit av sträckan var oupplyst. Vi var jättenöjda och barnen ville inte åka härifrån. Trevlig personal och fint bemötande!

Sommerurlaub in Rovinj

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Die Altstadt von Rovinj ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Strände gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Die Wohnung ist als Maisonette angelegt und liegt in der 2. Etage. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter und das Check in war einwandfrei.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen gelungenen Urlaub in Rovinj. Ein toller Garten mit Pool. Nur zum Strand etwas weiter zum Laufen, am besten man fährt mit dem Auto zum Strand, wobei dort die Parkplätze eher begrenzt sind. Die Küche in der Wohnung war sehr klein, Kochen für 4 Personen hat sich schon schwierig gestaltet. Aber dafür gab es in der Nähe viele super Restaurants mit tollen leckeren Essen. Sehr Tierfreundlich

Sehr gut, gerne wieder.

Lage war ok, die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und Pool sind der Grund für die Buchung gewesen. Die Unterkunft selber war gepflegt. Die Lage etwas zu weit vom Stadtzentrum, dafür aber ruhig. Teile der Einrichtung (z.B. Bad) könnten renoviert werden (für eine Topbewertung).
