We had a superb stay at Casa Bella, being so close to the centre allows visitors to have an immersive experience in Rovinj life..with the labyrinth of cobbled windy streets directly as you step out of the front door, or watching the daily market and port from the rear windows. Even on our last day we were still discovering new alleys and little eateries and bars.Although the building itself is old and the apartment unrenovated, it is still very comfortable. The room sizes are huge, the beds so comfortable, all the linens and towels plentiful.The hospitality from the owners is second to none. Zeljka liaised with us every step of the way from booking until we arrived in Rovinj. Then it was over to Zelyko, her father. What a truly wonderful gentleman..from assisting us to carry our luggage upstairs, giving a comprehensive guide on the best restaurants, the best swimming spots, the shadiest beach areas and stocking Casa Bella with all necessary toiletries and kitchen items to make our stay a pleasant one. Bottles of water, milk, apple juice in the fridge and a plate of fresh fruit were all a welcome site.We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property, and have already booked our return visit for 2027.

We had an excellent stay in Rovinj in this accommodation. It is located in the old town with a great view of the local market and the waterfront. We had a car and the host provided us with a pass to enter the old town to drop off our luggage and any groceries etc and then provided a close free parking within a ten minute walk of the Accomodation. The host’s father met us at the Accomodation and was so helpful with suggestions around Rovinj. Very informative and warm individual. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including laundry tabs and coffee etc. the living space was ample and the windows were quite soundproof. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by and tasty bakeries. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly. It was a perfect spot for our 4 night stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again .

The hosts Zeljka and Zeliko are fabulous and so helpful. Zeliko went way out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed. This condo is in the perfect location to explore all that Rovinj has to offer. It is truly magical there.

Really enjoyable stay, great location to access everything in Rovinj. The owners were amazing hosts and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect, collecting us from our taxi drop off point, updating us over WhatsApp with things to do and helping us arrange our taxi when leaving. Communication was great before and during our stay.

We had a phenomenal stay! The apartment was big and comfortable, in a perfect location, stocked with all sorts of useful amenities for the beach, and with the most helpful and friendly hosts we've ever met. We had braced ourselves for high parking prices and ended up in a free lot near the apartment, thanks to our hosts!

The location and apartment could not have been better! Seaview, spacious, clean, and all necessities at your fingertips. The hosts were lovely humans, very kind and helpful. Rovinj is a magical little city and we hope to be back, staying in this apartment again.

I was initially disappointed with this apartment, as it did not match my expectations based on the listing. The photos are outdated and don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the space, so what I arrived to felt quite different from what was advertised. I rely heavily on reviews when choosing where to stay, and I hope future guests will share candid, up-to-date feedback about their experiences. More honest and detailed reviews would be very helpful for setting accurate expectations. However, Zeljka (host) was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable, even offering a better apartment at the same price. Her responsiveness and willingness to help, truly made a difference and helped make up for the initial disappointment. The apartment was very spacious and offered plenty of room to relax and spread out. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the washer and drying rack. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had soaps and shampoo. Zeljka was also very attentive and easy to work with which we appreciated. There was some confusion when we arrived; we did not receive the address and so waited for a fair amount of time on a sidewalk. Not the best first impression sorry to say, but Zeljka’s father was truly a champ, even carrying our 2 pieces of luggage up 2 flights of stairs. He gave us all the ins and outs of the apartment and the city.

Some images are clearly marked as neighborhood photos such as nearest beaches, as we aim to present both the apartment and its surroundings in the historic centre of Rovinj as transparently as possible. For the best experience, we always recommend reviewing the full listing details alongside photos, as they provide all relevant information about the property and location, especially when guests look at multiple properties prior to booking. The address and check-in details were shared in advance; however, we fully understand that the fact that you were dropped off at the different location than mutually agreed along may have caused an initial confusion and are therefore sorry for a very short 15 min wait until we successfully determined your location. We always provide personal welcome for our guests to enable a smooth and efficient check in. Perfect location

What an amazing stay. Zeliko was absolutely fabulous & helped with everything including carrying bags to the apartment.Apartment was in a perfect location & Zeliko advised us of the best restaurants & things to do.Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Very nice apartment. As advertised. Had everything we needed. Amazing location in the heart of the old town, everything is just a few steps away. Above everything, the host and father were one of the most helpful we have ever experienced with vacation rentals. They went way beyond to make our stay a pleasure. Extremely responsive as well. Ideal Vacation Stay

Iva’s home is clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed. The location is perfect – wonderful access to old town Dubrovnik. There are a few steps in a gentle incline up to her doorway. She’s a lovely and gracious hostess and welcomed us to her home. The neighborhood is warm and inviting and the apartment is quiet and comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay! You couldn’t ask for more.

Most accommodating hosts ever!

Our traveling companions were VRBO Super Hosts. They said that as good as they were, our hosts in Rovinj were over-the-top amazing. So accommodating, helpful and just plain wonderful. The apartment is very conveniently located in the Old Town near the green market, shops, restaurants, and the pier. The only place we stayed with a real living area, and a lovely view of the Adriatic Sea.

Lovely apartment in the old part of town. Zeljko gave us such a wonderful introduction to everything the apartment had, including nearby restaurants, beaches and more. When we needed something, the hosts were incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Zeljka and Zeliko were fantastic hosts. They reached out the day before our arrival with clear instructions and asked us to give 40 minutes’ notice. They met us at the old town gate, guided us to unload our bags, and even helped carry them to the apartment. Once inside, they gave us a helpful overview of the city to get us oriented.They also arranged parking outside the gate (about a 15-minute walk) and even drove me back into the old town—saving us around 100 in parking fees!The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and has a beautiful view. Everything was thought of: beach towels, water shoes, extra bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen. On checkout, they again drove me to the car so we could bring it into the city.Great apartment, perfect location, and truly exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

A nice space with a washing machine. Great location just above the market. Very thorough (90 minute) introduction to the apartment. Free parking but not close. Payment system on the site is a hassle but good communication with the owner. Recommended.

Beautiful Location

Communication with host was amazing, dad was awesome and so helpful in so many ways. Location was perfect! Parking was 10 minutes away which the dad was so helpful in accommodating us. The apartment is great, equipped with everything. It did not matter to us but the apartment is dated which might not be for everyone. Ac in one bedroom and ac in living space. Fan provided in second bedroom which worked great as there was ac in the space next to it Great place!

Che posto incantevole!

What a lovely apartment! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just steps from the open market and easy walks to restaurants, shops, and ferry access to beaches, etc. We had a wonderful visit, and Zeljka and her father could not have been more accommodating and helpful. So kind and generous...Dad met us at the ferry and helped us with our luggage. Both gave excellent recommendations, so we had wonderful meals and great adventures during our short time in Rovinj. I would definitely go back and would stay here without hesitation.

Fantastic Spot In Rovinj

The apartment is right in the old town of Rovinj and couldn't be in a better spot. You have a view of the harbor from the living room windows which can't be beat. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and had everything we could want. Zeljka and her father were so helpful! They are really lovely people. Her father carried our suitcases into the apartment, went out and brought back some more bottled water for us, and took us on a quick tour of town pointing out places to eat. Rovinj itself is a gem of a place definitely worth seeing. We would definitely come back.

Amazing stay!!!

The property was in a great location and larger than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit nervous about being above the market, but it was not an issue. It was nice to have the windows open during the day to here the buzz of the market and feel the sea breeze, but when the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything. Also the market shut down pretty early every day. The apartment was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The hosts Zeljka and Zeljko were over the top amazing!!! My father Zelko is a great help in assisting our guests at the apartments and providing local, out of guide tips, so you can really discover this gem.
