Great few days in Milan. Good access to public transport to the centre, we were able to park close by and arrive quite late without a problem. Valentina, the host, answered swiftly any questions we had.

Trip in Milan

The location is nice, it's easy to park and there is the tram near, directly to the center. The appartement is clean and well organize, there is even coffee for you !

Valentina was really helpful and responded really quickly to questions. There is a tram stop into the city literally right outside the front door and a large shopping centre 2 blocks away. There is street parking close by but we did have to drive around a bit to find it. The beds were great, and slept our family of five really comfortable. Overall a really positive experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

Cozy place in central Milan

We had wonderful time at Valentinas apartment. She was a excellent host, answering promptly to all our questions and needs. We asked for an earlier check in and it was arranged for us. The apartment is as in the pictures, spacious enough to accommodate 4 people (we were 3), clean and has all the necessities for comfortable stay. It is well connected with different parts of Milan via severel bus lines with stops whitin 150-200 meters. Overall, a very nice stay, especially for relatively lower price than other apartments in Milan

Lovely little apartment

It is a very cute and clean apartment. Unfortunately there was construction on the building that started pretty early. The biggest issue we had was the AC. It was very very hot and we had repeated issues with the AC not working. There were no instructions on how to operate. Luckily owner was very responsive but it did not resolve the issue for us.

L’appartamento è comodo per i trasporti pubblici. Il parcheggio per l’auto può non risultare comodissimo. Ci possono essere molti posti disponibili lungo la strada ma molto dipende dall’orario. Di sera non ho avuto problemi di parcheggio. Supporto dell’host ottimo. Un po’ rumoroso ma comodo.

L’arrivée s’est bien passée mais nous sommes déçu. La cuisine demande à être rafraîchi. Je pense que le four devrait être changé pas sûr qu’il soit encore aux normes…manque de vaisselle comme par exemple un ou deux saladiers, des couteaux de table qui coupent bien…Dans le congélateur nous ne pouvions pas mettre grand-chose car trop de givre! Mon mari a dû enlever tout le givre! De la moisissure était sur le joint du congélateur…Le plus gros problème a été la climatisation. Nous en avons parlé avec l’hôte qui s’est déplacé.Mais ça n’a pas changé le problème.Avec 35 degrés dehors impossible de dormir ! Nous avons visité Milan fatigués ! La climatisation restait en ventilation non en climatisation ! Les fenêtres étaient bien fermées mais l’appareil ne se mettaient pas en climatisation !!! Au bout d’une heure de ventilation, la Clim ne se mettait pas en route! Donc nous avons éteints et ouverts les fenêtres ! Nous n’allions pas suffoquer à attendre que l’appareil se mette en mode climatisation ! Il faut changer absolument d’appareil ! Ou sinon supprimer dans la description de l’annonce « climatisation ».

La ubicación es muy buena, a metros, tiene acceso a transporte público que van a los lugares más emblemáticos de Milan! Cerca de centros comerciales e hipermercados. Valentina es muy amable y atiende todas las dudas rápidamente! Muy buen servicio y ayuda constante al inquilino. La estadía es muy agradable! La recomiendo!

Bien situé, calme, pour qq jours

Appartement bien situé à 50m d'une station de tramway, pas trop loin du centre ville a visiter. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement de l'autre côté de la rue. Accès au logement par boîte à clés. Logement en fond de cour au 4e étage avec ascenseur, donc plutôt calme. La chambre unique est prévue pour 5 personnes (1 lit double+1 lit mezzanine avec couchage double en haut et simple en bas). Clim dispo dans cette pièce. L'équipement en vaisselle est correct, l'espace pour manger un peu petit (nous étions une famille de 4). La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et une meilleure disposition baignoire/toilettes pour un passage facilité. Pratique pour quelques jours à Milan
