The Luxury Villa Trogir 2 with pool is situated in Okrug Gornji on the small peninsula of Ciovo (1 km from the center of the place), only 25 meters from the sea and 2.5 km from the historic town of Trogir.

The surface of the entire estate is 700 m2; while the area of the villa covers up to 300 m2 and is divided into 4 different levels:basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. It is suitable accommodation for up to 11 people.

In the basement of Villa Trogir, there is a luxurious spa area equipped with various facilities: indoor heated swimming pool (50 m2), sauna, bathroom with shower, gym and entertainment room with billiard table.

On the terrace on the ground floor,there are a heated outdoor swimming pool (35 m2;) with a shower. Beside the pool, there are several comfortable chairs. In the yard of the villa you will find outdoor fireplace.

Within the ground floor of the villa, there are a comfortable living room,kitchen, dining room and guest toilet. On this floor, there are also two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with a shower.

The first and second floor of the villa are designed as a sleeping zone.On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, and the third one is a single room. On the second floor is the last - the sixth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.

Villa Trogir is fully air conditioned and equipped with wireless Internet access. The villa also has parking space for its guests (3).
