Perdone las fotos, Villa Blue Wave es una villa nueva que estará terminada a partir de 2020. La Villa se encuentra en Kastel Stari, a 15 km de Split y a 12 km de Trogir. La playa está a 2 km. La Villa está totalmente equipada y le dará total privacidad. Hay 4 habitaciones con 4 baños y una gran piscina climatizada.
Hay una gran área al aire libre con palmeras, barbacoa, parque infantil y jacuzzi.
Hay una estación de tren a 500 metros que te lleva al centro de Split. Este tren no corre y pasa frente a la Villa, solo unos pocos trenes al día pasan frente a la Villa y no lo distribuirán mientras disfruta de la piscina o la terraza.

The property was absolutely perfect in every respect and Davor, our host, was one of the best owners and hosts that we have had during our extensive travels abroad. The incredible detail in designing the property and its layout- particularly the outdoor kitchen - connection, decorative impression and views!

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The host was fantastic—always quick to answer any questions, incredibly friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.The villa was lovely . It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were definitely a highlight and perfect for our group. We spent so much time there enjoying meals and making the most of the beautiful surroundings.We had the best time and created some wonderful memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic Villa, with beautiful views of the bay and Split itself, and well located for trips to Kaštel, Trogir and Split and is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. There are a couple of decent shops down the hill about 5 mins drive, with loads of excellent bars and restaurants in the nearby Gabine and other beaches very nearby.Having two pools is a massive bonus if you have lots of kids in the group and we used the pool table and cinema room quite a bit when they needed to get out of the midday sun. The bedrooms were comfortable with good amenities if a little small and which could do with more storage for clothes etc. Josipa and Davor were super responsive when we needed help with things. If you value your lie in past 7 am you may be a little challenged by the trains, planes, church bells and barking dogs/cockerels but they were only ever a minor intrusion rather than an issue for us. As a bonus for the first time I can remember on holiday I didn’t get a single mosquito bite! I really can highly recommend this villa for a first class, incredibly memorable villa holiday!

Beautiful property with excellent facilities

We stayed as a large family group and had a wonderful time. The villas were great, with lovely bedrooms and excellent facilities. The two pools were great, with plenty of outdoor loungers and sofas for us to spread out on. The outdoor dining facilities were easy to use and comfortably accommodated us, with a canopy for shade between the two villas.

We had a wonderful family gathering at the villa with plenty to do there to suit all ages. Everything was spotlessly clean and our hosts were super helpful. The train station is a few minutes walk away and made it an easy and cheap way to explore the area. The train line does run in front of the villa but the trains didn’t bother us at all. You probably need a car for food shopping but it’s very easy to call a taxi or Uber. I can highly recommend.

Lovely spot with great sea views. Well equipped. Wonderful hosts.

This villa is lovely. Wonderful sea views. Conveniently located. Josipa was a gracious hostess and offers amazing service. The outdoor kitchen (in addition to the indoor one) was a great gathering area. So many amenities - 2 pools, hot tub, sauna and a great gym. Game room and movie room. We were just 3 nights so we relied on Uber which was inexpensive and easy. Everything is very new and contemporary. We loved it. Yes there is a train that is very close, but we did not mind it at all. The trains are short and most were quiet. We were a multigenerational family of 10. - something for everyone. LOTS of outdoor lounging space. The grocery stores are a half mile away - walkable but an uphill climb on the way back so we ubered.

There were 5 families (18 in total) who stayed at the Villa Blue Wave ( Aug 2025) it was amazing from start to finish. The hosts were fantastic even before we arrived providing recommendations regarding excursions, restaurants, transport etc. The Villa was stunning with loads of space and different areas to relax in. It was very clean and included loads of towels, bedding etc. the outdoor kitchen was probably the best amenity for our group with some fantastic nights sat around the huge table with amazing fire pit food. The 2 pools meant there was one for the teenagers and one for the adults. This accommodation really has it all including a cinema room, gym, hot tub, sauna and plenty of sun beds. Location was great with views to die for. 5 minute walk to the train station with trains going directly to Split for less than 2 The beautiful Trogir was a ten minute drive and just down the hill was the seafront with many bars and restaurants to choose from. I cannot recommend this place enough - Josipa and Davor went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic trip. They consistently messaged with tips on getting around the local area and the best beaches to visit. I would highly recommend and would love to go back again one day x

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Blue Wave. We are a group of 4 families, 18 people in total. The facilities were excellent, the outdoor kitchen is a great social cooking and eating space. There is plenty of fridge space and the kitchen is well equipped.The bedrooms all have Aircon so were lovely and cool. There is lots of outdoor space for everyone to spread out, but also feel connected and together. Lots of things to keep the ‘kids’ (ages ranged from 21-7) entertained… 2 pools, hot tub, pool table, table football, table tennis, gym, sauna, cinema room. There are fantastic views from the villa. There is train track just at the bottom of the drive but this didn’t bother us at all, trains are not frequent and go by very slowly because Kaštel Stari station is very close (we caught the train from there into Split which was really easy).You can walk from the villa into Kaštel Stari town where there are restaurants/marina/beach. It takes about half an hour, it’s a steep hill though so easiest to get taxis back up to the villa.We also walked down the hill to Tommy & Ribola supermarkets for supplies. It’s not that far (not all the way into town) but again hill is quite steep and if you have a lot of shopping you might want to taxi back.Would highly recommend the villa, hosts were there to meet us when we checked in and showed us round and to see us off on our last day, a warm welcome and an excellent villa.

A great Porifera for a large group/family

We had a great time staying at the villa and would highly recommend it. It’s well set up for a large group (we were 4 families), we loved both the pools, pool table, table tennis, gym and darts - there was always something to do and to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor table/bbq/kitchen area is fantastic! The property is about a 40 min walk from the Kaštel stari beach and restaurants and Ubers are hard to book for short distances so we’d really recommend car hire. Although we did manage to find some reliable taxi firms that you could pre-book. We would highly recommend the tour company recommended by the villa owners - they organised a brilliant speed boat/day trip for us all to brac and some of the other islands, which we absolutely loved! If you get a chance to do a full day in Brac, then do it, we didn’t have time but would have loved to spend more time there - it’s very pretty. Just a couple of things to point out for awareness: the villa is v close to a noisy and busy train track, and the local church bells ring frequently and loudly, so take ear plugs! Trogir is a lovely place to visit but busy and would be hard to park there so a taxi is easier. The beaches are all v pretty, but are shingle, so bring sea shoes (or you can buy them at Trogir market). We wouldn’t recommend the large Lidl store - the local ones to the villa are much smaller but really well stocked with everything you need (15 min walk down the hill from the villa). Enjoy!

Super schöner Urlaub

Super schöner Urlaub. Tolle Villa, sehr tolle Aussicht, sowie auch die Vermieter. Die Kids und die Hunde hatten auch ihren Spaß :) Tolle Lage. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Meer.

Beste Villa in Kroatien

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in der Unterkunft von Josipa. Die Villa entspricht zu 100% den Bilder und der Beschreibung. In echt ist die Villa und der Ausblick sogar noch viel schöner. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und lässt sowohl in den Zimmer als auch in der Küchen überhaupt nichts vermissen. Sogar ein extra Kühlschrank in der Garage war für die Gastgeber kein Thema. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann zu 100% entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und beantwortet sehr zeitnah jede Frage :) Jede Zeit würde ich die Villa wieder buchen !!!!

Die Erwartungen übertroffen!

Jeder Wunsch und jedes Kriterium für eine nette Unterkunft wurde vollstens erfüllt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Des Weiteren war es sehr toll, dass sowohl die Küche als auch der Grill schon mit vielen Gewürzen, Kochutensilien und Zubehör ausgestattet war! Top!
