This holiday home lies in the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, and its location allows the whole family to enjoy a day trip to the town or the beach. In the interior of the house, you will find a lovely main room, distributed into a living space with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. The two bedrooms of the house both open onto the garden; one is furnished with one double bed and the other with two twin beds. A bathroom with shower completes the indoor facilities of the house, which relies on radiators to be warmed up.

Outside, there is a coquettish porch with an area for “al fresco” dining, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where a brick BBQ is also provided. A wall separates this area from the private pool and four sun loungers, on which the whole family can soak in the warm sunshine that characterises the Costa de la Luz.

The access to the house, which is enclosed by a wall, is possible via a paved lane.
