3 bedroom Character Villa with amazing views, outdoors hot tub and beautiful sunsets
Nautilus is a 3 bedroom Residence situated at Firostefani village , just a step away from fabulous restaurants, shops and just 10 minutes walk from Fira. It offers 3 bedrooms, outdoors Jacuzzi, sunbathing terraces, panoramic views of the sea and the volcano and beautiful sunsets. From the main door you enter to the main courtyard with outdoors sitting- dinning area with amazing views. Stairs lead up to the two upper floor roof top terraces with sun beds for sunbathing and outdoors Jacuzzi with beautiful sea views.
The name Nautilus comes from the shell collection and decoration that is dominant inside the living area. The house has typical Santorini architecture with vaulted ceilings and curves, combined with elegant furnishing, antique and art objects without compromising in modern comfort sand facilities.
The house features 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with queen size bed, separate entrance and en suite bathroom . Two other bedrooms with double beds are situated on the main building and share one full bathroom with shower cabin.
On the main building you will find a comfortable living area, the shell decoration and a boat are dominant in this room that create a special and artistic atmosphere.
There is also a separate dining room with a wooden table and antique furnishings suitable to sit 10 persons and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room.

Absolutely perfect location. The views were incredible and so close to the town. The apartment was clean and neat and really private. Correspondence, check-in and check-out, communication before and during our stay was easy with prompt responses. Wish we'd stayed longer.

I really have to say it was as pictured and just beautiful my only small complaint would be to maybe have a little welcoming basket of some basics-the kitchen wasn’t very functional and didn’t have the best equipment to work with and we wanted to at least be able to make and have some breakfast there which I did -market get close but pots and pans def need updating I couldn’t find a spatula-but again these are little things overall we loved our stay

Magnificent property with stunning views that is centrally well located. Very nicely decorated and spacious property with lots of character and charm. Tunnel between bedrooms and bathroom is a particular highlight of the property. Professional and attentive host and daily house cleaning.

Absolutely Wonderful

This was our first trip to Santorini. The pictures of this villa looked beautiful, and we hoped it would look as nice in person. Well, everything far exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious, beautiful, and perfectly located. And everyone who helped with our transportation and check in were fantastic. We could not have asked for anything better.

The property manager was late making our check in delayed. The Villa is very pretty, but the master bedroom does not adjoin the rest of the villa without going through the outside courtyard.

We had a wonderful trip to Santorini and truly enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Villa. Jackie (manager) reached out to us to make sure we had transportation from the airport, and coordinated groceries for us before arrival! A treat since we were arriving late afternoon! Six of us stayed at the villa - my wife and I with 4 girls - there was ample space and privacy for all of us; the girls took over the main house, we stayed in the en-suite. The views are breath taking, and a constant wind kept the courtyard pleasantly cool and enjoyable despite the heat. The villa is centrally located, so exploring Fira and surrounding towns is just a brief walk away; but off the main path enough to ensure privacy and safety. Would definitely recommend very highly!

My family and I stayed 3 nights at Nautilus Villa in September 2022 and our stay was absolutely magical. The location on the mountainside was absolutely breath taking and character and charm of the villa was spectacular. Everywhere you look throughout the villa tells a different story and the attention to detail and uniqueness of the villa was amazing. Our checkin experience was fantastic as well; Santorini can be a very busy island but Petros and Jackie and Nikos made it so easy, they arranged everything from the taxi pickup from the airport, to meeting us near the villa to show us around, to having our luggage delivered right to our rooms. We can’t say enough positive things about our whole stay and experience at the Nautilus Residence and look forward to booking it again next time we’re in Santorini.

Amazing Stay in Santorini

Great for a short stay

Comfortable and convenient

The villa is in a great location with a few restaurants right around the corner, walking distance to the main sections of Fira. Three beds were in rooms comfortably big enough for adults and the kitchen, dining room and living room offered plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well kitted and there were enough electrical outlets in each room to support all the phone chargers, hair driers, shavers, we had with us. The private outdoor pool is on the roof within arm reach of a walking path between several other villa's. Enjoyable, but not private. The management team was attentive. Check-in and check-out were easy and on-time. Cleaning service was quick and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
