Countryside Apartments Solar Dos Avós

Solar dos Avós is self-catering apartments situated on the countryside very close to Guia. We do not have kitchen, we do have a Kitchinette area for simple meals.
10 little houses sharing a pool, sun beds area , BBQ and car parking
All groundfloor little houses, kitchennete area, bathroom and living room area.
All of them have their own sunbeds area.
Clean service is provide on Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays.
On this apartment the max capacity is 2 adults, plus 1 child under 12 for free on the sofa bed. Please let us know the age of your children, always.

We do not have room service. We provide cleaning service (monday, Wednesday and Friday)

Air conditioning extra payment - 7€ per night
We do not provide FANS

Your pets are welcome at
Solar Dos Avós


But there are rules to follow:

- Inform on the booking that you are coming with your pet
- They cannot stay in common areas such as
swimming pools and gardens
- They cannot be without a leash/restraint device
- Needs must be outside the condominium
- Respect the silence of the condominium and do not disturb
other customers
- They should not be left alone indoors /
exterior of the apartment

Any damage incurred during your stay or at the
day of departure will be the responsibility of its owner,
pay for the same replacement of the object in question.

BEING ALONE IN THE APARTMENT
