Luxury chalet with hot tub and loch views

Set in the heart of the Loch Lomond National Park we offer stunning highland scenery yet are within easy reach of Glasgow, Stirling & Edinburgh. Our Chalets have wonderful views across our private foreshore. The luxury self-catering have two ensuite double/twin bedrooms and a separate shower room. The kitchens have everything required for you to fully self-cater including washing/drying machine, dishwasher, oven [with grill] microwave and fridge/freezer . Full central heating, wide screen television, . Beach area ideal for picnics, bbq, fishing and kayaking. Close to village amenities and hiking areas.

Beautiful place but there is a lack of info/involvement from property manager

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done.

Our office is open Monday to Saturday 9-5 we are always happy to help & a 24hr number to call is provided in your welcome information pack would have been provided to you for any emergencies or issues you may have. Unfortunately the WIFI was an issue outwith our control that day & we strived to get it fixed as quickly as we could. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused Thank you for letting us know about the washer/dryer this is something that had not been brought to our attention previously we will now be able to look in to it
