and a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. It is accessed by a door that opens onto a private loggia, so the entrance is totally independent and private. All the windows overlook the

internal courtyard for this reason the house is shrouded in absolute silence.

Just after the court you enter the apartment through a wooden door that gives access via two steps, to a hallway:
on the left you enter the living area, composed of a cozy living room equipped with a sofa, a table, kitchenette and TV. All furnished in a welcoming and modern way but with the charm of
large 17th century wooden beams. On the right you enter the two bathrooms, one with tub / shower and one with shower and washing machine. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. Here, too, ancient beams from the 17th century crown the roof of the rooms and give the environment a great Tuscan charm.
