The large covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture and a brick barbeque, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days, with beautiful views to the sea. Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the fenced-in pool and sun terrace, surrounded by 1,000 m2 of terrain, which are very private and completely closed off -the ideal place to run and play. The facilities available include a lovely children's play area (complete with slide and swings) as well as a second covered terrace with a ping-pong table, what makes this villa ideal for families with young children. The beautiful, panoramic sea-views, which may be enjoyed from the roof terrace only add to the beauty of the villa.The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. This may be increased to 7 by adding a cot or extra bed (an extra charge will apply).

Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.
