Very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four (maximum of 2 adults + 2 children), has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a covered terrace with dining table and seating for four. Here you can relax and savour great meals alfresco while enjoying a spectacular view. The master bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. In the lounge, the sofa opens into a sofa bed suitable for two children. There is an extra toilet in the hall.
With a westward orientation of its terrace, the apartment offers great afternoon sun exposure and a unique sunset view of the Ria Formosa. It is ideal for year-round occupation.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.

The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.

Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.

The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.

It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs.

Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
