We were disappointed that the pool was advertised as private when it was not. Raised the issue with them and their definition of private was not open to the public. However your site stated private means all to yourself . I think this needs to be addressed as we would not have booked if we had known it was shared . Other issue we had was that we could not get the air conditioning to work. Asked but still didn’t get sorted. Luckily apartment stays fairly cool so wasn’t a major issue.

regret janet , it’s clear marked you are in a residency not in private house ! or pent house you booked appt in residency the pool is private leave no outside people at the pool . the airco is working perfect !! you didn’t use the remote correct . regret we noticed you are not used to book private accommodations you need to book in standard hotel there you 24 / 24 assistance , we are always available and helped you in person but we can’t come every day fir a week to show you how airco is working if you want a exclusive pool only fir you you need to book private house at 300-500€ not appt at 135€/night
