Enjoy the privilege of vacationing in a brand new, modern 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Ria Formosa Natural Park, Fuzeta (Algarve). Enjoy fantastic views of the ria and the sea while you dine on the balcony or relax in the comfortable chairs.

In the suite you will find a spacious bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed (1.60m side) with allergy free accessories. The en suite bathroom has 2 sinks, bidet and bathtub for your comfort.

The living room sofa is very comfortable and practical and can quickly become a bed for 1 child.

Children are very welcome. In the bathroom next to the lobby there is a functional shower where you can take a shower. It is also possible, upon request and without price increase, to provide a travel cot where a small child can sleep.

Between the development and the ria there is a fabulous garden with 1 adult pool (20m long) and 1 children's pool. Feel in harmony with nature between plants characteristic of the region and birds of the ria.

Lovely property, lovely location. Great facilities. Well equipped, clean and good value. A very nice welcome with local produce put in the fridge and a lovely 'Meet and greet' to show us the facilities, including a large infinity swimming pool. All contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable time. Would definitely recommend.

Heavenly break.

The weather was wonderful. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tide come and go. When we felt energetic we would take a stroll into the centre of Fuseta and found lots of lovely restaurants.

Wonderful location

Great apartment in a beautiful but quiet location. What a view from the balcony! Everything we could have wanted was provided, plenty of free parking in the quiet road outside. Didn’t use the pool but the gardens & pool looked beautiful. Would definitely return.

Absolutely spectacular!

If I could I would give a 6 star rating, we enjoyed it so much. The listing was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. My favorite thing was the balcony. A beautiful view, constantly changing with the tide. Wonderful to sit out and do a little bird watching. The pool area is fabulous, or if you prefer the beach it is a short walk to the town beach, or the ferry to the larger Ilha de Fuzeta. Also just a short walk and you meet up with the Ecovia. Thanks so much to Patricia for being able to accommodate us with an earlier check in!

Natural Fuzeta

A beautiful, modern and well appointed apartment over looking the sea and located in the natural park of the Rio Formosa. The apartment was clean and well maintained and the owners Maria and Carlos couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. A car is not necessary. Explore many kilometers of cycle tracks on a hired bicycle (available locally)and see a variety of birds including flamingoes and herons in their natural habitat. Take a train journey from the local train station to Tavira and Santo Antonio in one direction or Olhao and Faro in the other.Fares are reasonable and it makes a pleasant day out. A boat trip to the "deserted island" was the highlight of my short stay. I really enjoyed the vacation in Fuzeta and will return very soon.

Fuzeta is the ideal place for holidays where you can just enjoy the tranquility of the magnificent beaches or do a lot of sport and adventurous activities. Our apartment (Del Mar Apartment) is part of a new seafront apartment complex in Fuzeta (Del Mar Village). In our apartment guests will feel in perfect harmony with nature and will be able to know how special it is to be right in the middle of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa.

Grand appartement au calme confortable et bien équipé avec une magnifique vue qui se modifie au gré des marées. Parking en sous-sol pratique où la voiture est au frais. Piscine d’eau de mer appréciable avec bains de soleil. La résidence est située à 10 mn à pied du centre de Fuseta, de la première plage, des restaurants. Prendre le bateau pour les autres plages.Village typique qui a une âme. Vous pouvez louer des vélos au centre ville et l’écovia commence au pied de la résidence. Belles promenades au milieu des marais salants. On peut rejoindre Olhão à 10kms et faire le marché aux poissons, légumes. Un bel endroit où on peut se ressourcer.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sensationellen Blick. Wir konnten nicht genug davon bekommen das Geschehen in der Lagune zu verfolgen.Patricia hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Da wir sehr spät angekommen sind, hat sie uns etwas Obst, Käse, Wasser und Toastbrot für das erste Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hat sich um alle Fragen von uns gekümmert.Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Ria und das Meer waren unglaublich schön. Morgens hat uns unser 1. Weg immer mit einem Becher Kaffee auf den Balkon geführt. Während wir langsam munter wurden, konnten wir die Muschelsammler bei ihrer Arbeit beobachten sowie diverse Vögel. Auch wenn man nicht zum Vögelbeobachten nach Fuzeta gekommen ist, macht es trotzdem viel Spaß den Vögeln vom Balkon aus zuzusehen. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Mein Mann hat sehr gerne gleich morgens vor dem Frühstück seine Runden gedreht, oder abends. Natürlich kann man auf den Liegen, geschützt durch einen Sonnenschirm, dort auch mal einen ganzen Tag verbringen. Auflagen für die Liege sind für 2 Personen in der Wohnung vorhanden. Auch Klappstühle und ein Schirm für einen Strandtag sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. 2 große Strandtücher natürlich auch. Wir waren weitgehend Selbstversorger und haben in der großen und modernen Küche wirklich nichts vermisst; nur ein größeres Küchenmesser mit glatter Klinge. Dieses wurde uns allerdings von Patricia extra noch gekauft. Die Eigentümerin (Maria) und ihre Helferin vor Ort (Patricia) waren während des ganzen Urlaubs für uns sehr gut erreichbar und haben uns toll betreut. So etwas haben wir bisher kaum in einer Unterkunft an der Algarve in dem Umfang erlebt. Wirklich gut hat uns auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz gefallen. Das Auto stand dort immer sicher, recht kühl und geschützt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

F ast perfekte Ausstattung der Wohnung, in der Küche ist wirklich alles vofhanden (inkl. Küchenrolle, Waschmaschinen- und Spülmaschindn Tabs). Willkomensgruß mit leckeren Dingen.Merkwürdig: Das Bad neben dem Schlafraum ohne Tür (muss man mögen), keine Türklinken(unpraktisches Design-Element).Einige zusätzliche Haken in Bad und Flur wären schön.Kommunikation direkt mit der Vermieterin, sehr nett und praktisch.

Ein pe4fekter Ort um zu entspannen.

Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar, die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Nah zu allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sind bereits zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und werden wiederkommen.

Wieder top!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort und haben uns wieder wunderbar erholt, diesmal in der Vorsaison. Besonders genießen wir während unserer Aufenthalte die Aussicht auf die Lagune Ria Formosa und beobachten bei Ebbe gerne die Muschelsucher dort. Neben der schönen Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man so braucht, ist der große, rechteckige Pool erwähnenswert, in dem passionierte Schwimmer auf ihre Kosten kommen. Die Nähe zum Ort, seinen Geschäften und Restaurants, und zum Strand bzw. zur Fähre, die einen zu dem langen Sandstrand auf Ilha de Fuzeta bringt, sind zu erwähnen … und ausserdem und nicht zuletzt, die hervorragende und herzliche Betreuung durch und Kommunikation mit Maria und Patricia.

Phantastischer Ausblick

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Alle Highlights von Fuseta sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Betreuung durch Maria und Patrizia war sehr kompetent, nett und herzlich. Würden Wiederkommen

Direkter Blick in die Lagune

Nicht nur auf dem Balkon, sondern auch in der Wohnung hat man das Gefühl direkt an der Lagune zu sein. Fantastischer Blick und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.
