Guest Access:

Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The Neighborhood:

Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.



Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.



Getting Around:

10 mins drive from the central train/bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale & can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx. 14 min.



There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!



Other Things to Note:

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was equipped with necessities and the host communication was prompt and friendly. We were a group of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for getting around the city & to/from the train station to visit nearby countries.

location was perfect to easily hop on tram and go anywhere. so much space--loved the loft to hang out together, and then the lower level bedrooms to retreat to our own personal space. would definitely stay again!

Great apartment!

We stayed comfortably as 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms and really enjoyed the apartment and location. Looks exactly as shown in the photos and the beds were very comfortable! Would happily recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It does require a lot of stair climbing and the ceilings are low on the stairs to the kitchen which may be difficult for some persons. It was very close to public transportation. It was clean and comfortable.

Charming Flat

The flat was perfect for our travel party of 6. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms were really good size. The property is close to public transportation and there are a lot of really great places near by in walking distance. Great place to stay.

Short stay with my two young children. The home was clean and comfortable beds. The couch upstairs in the living room was not very comfortable. Check in was slightly confusing as a video link was sent for many questions and cannot click on a li n directly in the VRBO app. Great location and responsive host

Nice place to stay near the centre of Luxembourg. It was close to a tram station and there was free on-street parking nearby over the weekend (after 1830). We had no problem parking the car nearby.It is up a lot of stairs, but the bedrooms were large and comfortable - although one had no curtains on one window. The living area is quite small, but was fine for our family of 4. One of the shower rooms is off the living area and the other is next to the bedrooms. There is no microwave, but otherwise the kitchen was well fitted out.

Great apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped; the kitchen has everything you’d find at home - and more! The decor throughout is lovely, rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of storage space. The beds are really comfortable too which is a big thumbs up! The location is ideal, there’s easy access to the city using the free public transport - the tram and bus stop is about a 2 minute walk - or there’s a nice walk through the park to the city. I contacted the owners a couple of times before our visit and each time I received an extremely prompt response which was great. Would I stay there again? Yes!.. Would I recommend it to others? Yes! It’s great value we very much enjoyed our stay.

Luxembourge apartment

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It had a great location for groceries, some restaurants and parking. It had a lot of stairs which I dont think was revealed in the description. One of the bathrooms was upstairs off the kitchen area away from the bedrooms which was a little inconvenient. The laundry was not in the apartment but down in the basement. The apartment was clean, beds good. Kitchen stocked with most things we needed. The spaces in the apartment building were not as clean as I would have liked, especially the downstairs laundry room.

Loved the space and location!

Four of us stayed at this property and liked the 2 floors and 3 bedrooms, which allowed everyone their own space. The space was clean and the check in was easy. We liked the location, within walking distance of restaurants, but also an easy walk into the city. We walked to all parts of the city several times. We found street parking, but found it difficult to use the app to pay for parking. (Probably an error on my part.) Note: the ceiling above the stairs and on the upper floor are low. We had 2 people over 6 feet tall and they had to duck to go up the stairs and to go under the beam in the kitchen area. A minor inconvenience, but worth pointing out for taller people.
