This apartment in the third floor offers a lot of space with three bedrooms, the major one with doors opening to the balcony. Salon with a big eating table and a cosy glased fireplace. Big bathroom with shower and an additional toilet room. Balcony with eating table and deck chairs. Fully air conditioned.

Flatscreen satellite TV with international and Spanish channels, high-speed Internet WiFi, safe, kitchen equipped additionally with dish washer and washing mashine. All bedrooms with ceiling fans. In the ground level of the house you find the locked parking, free of use. From the garden area starts the private stairs to the beach.
Stunning seaview apartments right above Playa Carabeo in the heart of Nerja's old town.

We rent five apartments at this place, with two and three bedrooms, respectively. All have large southfacing balconies. Especially in winter it enables you to enjoy every sun ray of the day, from sunrise to sunset. The apartments are fully equipped with large kitchens, satellite TV and free WiFi. A locked parking space is included for free. Ones you are at the place, you can reach everything on foot. The centre with the Balcon de Europa is a five minutes walk away. A small supermarket is just across the street.

From the ground floor you have private stairs down to the beach, a shower on the way. The sandy beach is like a tropical cove, with large rocks at the edges and green vegetation the whole year round. This is a top destination in Nerja, absolutely quite. In the night you can listen to the sounds of the waves, maybe while enjoying the fireplace of the salon.

Wonderful seaside apartment in great location

Carabeo Vista Mar is a wonderful apartment with sunny views of the Mediterranean starting at sunrise and for most of the day. It's well equiped for kitchen use and dining. The beds are comfortable, as is all the indoor and outdoor seating. It is on floor 3 without an elevator, which can be tiring at end of day. It's just off the main tourist area and with balcony facing the sea and not the street it's very quiet.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful 7 night stay in Nerja. The apartment was on the third floor, overlooking the sea and beach. Five minute walk to the Balcon with all the bars and restaurants and in the other direction, 5 mins from Burianna beach. It was quiet, and close to all that we needed. A small supermarket that was well stocked, was just outside the apartment along with an ice cream shop that was rarely too busy, unlike those in the centre that had 20 minute queues. The apartment is on the third floor and there wasn’t a lift, so you need to be quite mobile. Add to this the nearest beach which is at the bottom of the cliffs, and more steps to access it. That said, there is an access route from the apartment complex to the beach so it doesn't take long to get to it. The apartment itself was pleasant, well equipped and clean. The aircon wasn’t the easiest to work, each room had a different temperature set and it wasn’t clear how to change this. It is also limited to 2 hrs at a time, which didn’t cause too much of a problem, but may not be ideal to some. There is parking in the complex, however, it did get busy at times and the road isn’t the easiest to drive around as it was quiet busy. There is though a huge car park just 5 mins away and personally if we had hired a car, i would use that for ease of access. Key collection was fine, just a 100m away there is the office that managed the booking and apartment.

Location, Location, Location, has to be one of the best locations in Nerja.

Family holiday with various members of the family arriving on different dates. Apartment size suited very well. The apartment is in the heart of the town and has direct access to a lovely little Cove below it.Lovely to sit and listen to the waves at night.

Traumwohnung in sensationeller Lage in Nerja

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum - direkt am Carabeo (schönste Gasse der Nerja-Altstadt), aber doch extrem ruhig. Und dazu noch mit einem Traummeerblick direkt vom Balkon, aber auch aus dem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer. Absolut sensationell war auch das Meeresrauschen, das einen sanft in den Schlaf lullte... so toll hatten wir das noch nie! Sehr praktisch ist der Parkplatz (in der Gegend nämlich manchmal Mangelware).

Fabulous spacious apartment, great views, great location

This is a great location to stay in Nerja, central to everything, beach, restaurants, small supermarket and the Balcon. The apartment has an amazing terrace area with spectacular views, with plenty room to sit and eat, lie and sunbathe or just chill with a drink. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and the kitchen has everything required for a self catering holiday. There is a beach directly below the apartment, although don't forget anything before you go down, as it is steps all the way!
