El alojamiento ha sido actualizado recientemente y se proporciona en los niveles de planta baja y primer piso. En la planta baja, la puerta de entrada conduce al salón principal / comedor. La cocina lleva a la izquierda y está equipada con nevera y congelador, lavadora y cocina eléctrica. Hay un baño en la planta baja, el segundo piso consta de dos dormitorios y baño principal.

El dormitorio principal está al frente de la propiedad y conduce a un balcón y la segunda habitación tenía puertas de patio con balcón de Julieta. Cada habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Desde el piso superior, una escalera conduce a una terraza con hermosas vistas a la montaña. También hay un amplio espacio en el patio para sentarse al sol.

Acerca de Nerja España: Nerja es uno de los lugares más famosos de la región de Andalucía. Se encuentra en la Costa del Sol oriental en la provincia de Málaga.

Lo que alguna vez fue un histórico pueblo de pescadores de construcción blanca es ahora la "perla" de la Costa del Sol ". Nerja es conocida por su variedad en 7 playas de arena diferentes a lo largo de su costa, desde pequeñas calas junto al centro de la ciudad hasta una playa de 2 km llamada Playazo. Puede disfrutar de la belleza de la playa de Burriana y probar la famosa paella en el restaurante Ayos, ubicado frente a la playa.
El turismo importante en esta ciudad son las cuevas y también famoso por las grandes actuaciones de festivales de julio dentro de las cuevas. A continuación, a las cuevas, encontrará el encantador pueblo blanco de Maro, un lugar de visita obligada y sin olvidar el hermoso Balcón de Europa con vistas al mar Mediterráneo.
Nerja ofrece todas las instalaciones principales como mercados, tiendas, bancos, bares y restaurantes.

Atracción turística Frigiliana 'El pueblo más bonito': Frigiliana es votada como el 'pueblo más bonito de Andalucía' por la autoridad turística española. El pueblo es una maraña de calles estrechas y empedradas bordeadas de casas encaladas, sus balcones de hierro forjado llenos de maceteros de geranios rojos brillantes.
Las pequeñas plazas ofrecen asientos con sombra, mientras que los bares del pueblo son populares entre los visitantes que vienen a probar el vino producido localmente. También hay varias tiendas excelentes que venden cerámica y cerámica, incluidos platos decorativos con su distintivo diseño árabe.
Frigiliana se explora mejor a pie. Hay varios autobuses al día que van desde Nerja o, alternativamente, dejan su automóvil en el estacionamiento al pie de la colina. This property was exactly as advertised it is near to bars and shops and is in a quiet area. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay the sun roof was amazing with a short walk to beaches and the tow.

Lovely villa in great location

Had a wonderful stay at the villa, it was in an excellent location both for beach and shops/town. Facilities were excellent and located in a quiet area. Good communications with Liz made our stay very enjoyable, and would happily return. In hindsight we would not hire a car again, partly due to the convenient location and difficulty parking anywhere near to the villa.

This is a beautiful rental, that feels like a home with all its cozy details, not to mention its cleanliness. I’ve been renting holiday apartments for a few decades, but this house stands out, for having all the bells and whistles that makes it easy to just move right in: We didn’t have to go out and buy napkins, wine openers or beach towels. It was all there, and we found it especially nice that the very professional cleaning staff also had left us bread, beverages, cheese, ham and jam in the fridge. We felt very well taken care of.This house has air condition in both bedrooms upstairs, but I recommend talking with the owner about how to make the spare bedroom one work. It wasn’t self-explanatory for us :-)We love the large private roof terrace, how close our home away from home was to everything from the pharmacy, to supermarkets and great restaurants. Of restaurants, we fell in love with a Spanish tapas restaurant, about three houses down the street, and the steakhouse one street up. The dishwasher and the washing machine work great, like everything else, and the Nerja surroundings are gorgeous. We also recommend a trip to nearby Frigiliana, a small town that’s on the short list of Spain‘s most beautiful villages, only 14–16 Euro away by taxi.A small drawback for us was the walk to the beach: It’s about 12-14 mins downhill, and the walk back home is steep in the heat of summer.

The house was ok in a quiet area near supermarket and restaurant would benefit having a bigger hot water tank got cold after two showers as it is for four adults the roof terrace was good but only two sun loungers no were to sit at the pool as only two loungers there two no air con in living room there was a portable fan but did not work welcome pack was a lovely gesture if these issues where sorted it would be great place to stay dorothy

An enjoyable stay

This attractive house has everything we needed for our long break of more than four weeks. The roof terrace is beautiful with amazing views. It was great to have a second bathroom and plenty of linen and towels. We found lots of useful things in the kitchen that meant we could cater for ourselves easily when we weren’t eating out. We liked the location, which is a very reasonable walk to town and to Burriana beach, but is on a relatively quiet street. There are several supermarkets and various other shops close by as well as a wide range of restaurants in walking distance. There was some music and sound of children playing at the school nearby but we found that rather nice. We had a few queries when we first arrived and were delighted with the quick and helpful response from our host and her local contact. We also really appreciated our host’s flexibility around our arrival and departure. Overall, a lovely break in a comfortable home with everything we needed.

Great place to stay

The property is in a village like setting although you would not know this until you stepped through the little black gate. It has two bedrooms two shower rooms and two toilets all of which were clean and well supplied with towels. The kitchen is modern with all the appliances. When we arrived there was a welcome pack of beer bread milk ham and cheese which was a pleasant surprise although there is a very well stocked Spar literally across the road. There is also a lovely roof terrace which we used a lot and a balcony outside one of the bedrooms. The site has a large swimming pool which was in the process of being modernised when we left with an estimated end date of early April. We stayed for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nerja is a beautiful place and this was a beautiful place to stay.

August Stay

Beautiful, traditional Spanish townhouse - very well presented and clean. Set in a quiet, gated courtyard with beautiful plants and flowers. There is a Spar shop just across the street and at the top of the road there are bigger shops and supermarkets. Nerja Old Town is about a 15 min walk. The property itself has everything you would want with a well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table, two shower rooms, two bedrooms - one with a balcony and a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day. Communication with Liz was good - I am just not the best with technology but she responded quickly to any queries. A very nice touch was that on arrival we had some basics such as water, cheese and wine left for us. The only downside was the steep hill down to the beach which, although I am reasonably fit, I struggled with but we did go in August when it was very hot. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property - thank you Liz.

Lovely property in good location

We stayed for two weeks over Easter. There was only 2 of us so plenty of room, it was well equipped and clean. The roof terrace was great and had the sun from 9am to 8pm which was perfect for the time of year (temps 18-20C), I think I'd struggle without immediate access to a pool in mid Summer though when temperatures are much higher. There were 2 sun loungers & 2 sun chairs, plus some patio chairs, so as a previous reviewer stated, if there was 4 of you, you'd have to take turns with the loungers. There was a school nearby so when they returned following the Easter holidays, we could hear the school bells ringing and the children playing, particularly on a morning . This didn't bother us at all as we are early risers anyway! Might be an issue during term time if you enjoy a lie in or are a light sleeper? There was a small supermarket across the road for essentials and another 2 larger ones within 5-10 mins walk. It was approx 10 mins walk to Nerja centre, with lots of love tapas bars on the way!

Wonderful property

Beautiful little property, just far enough out to be quiet, but not so far you can’t take a stroll to everywhere you want to go.10 minute walk down the hill to Burriana beach, where there are wonderful bars and restaurants, 3 minutes to a small supermarket and a bakery just over the road from that, 10 minutes to a bigger supermarket, and just under 15 minutes walk to the old town.The property was immaculate and the facilities were great - it has everything you need if you want to eat in, and the roof terrace was a real sun trap.Liz was a super responsive host, and so pleasant to deal with. I think a few questions could have been avoided if the welcome pack had a bit more detail (instructions for finding the pool for example).The only downsides were1. we had to buy our own folding chairs for by the pool as there are no communal ones (we left them in the appt so hopefully other guests will get some use from them)2. the school got a little noisy at timesAlso be warned that if you arrive on a Sunday, all the shops are shut and you won’t have any water or food!On a more general note, the restaurants and supermarkets cater brilliantly well for those with a gluten allergy, which was such bonus. Best gluten free bread I’ve ever eaten, and every bar we went to had a GF beer. Thank you to Liz for letting us stay in your fabulous property, we really did have a wonderful time.

heerlijk huis, superlocatie en brandschoon

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit gezellige huis, op een minuut of 10 van het strand en een minuut of 15 van het centrum van Nerja, maar met supermarkt(en) en andere handige winkels op (minder dan) 5 minuten lopen. De ligging in een knus complex was boven verwachting leuk en sfeervol. Het dakterras was zalig eind april, en de ruimtes in het huis licht en zonnig maar ook goed te verduisteren met luiken en gordijnen. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook snel, vriendelijk en duidelijk. We zijn echt van plan om dit huis weer te boeken.

Ein wahres Schmuckstück im Herzen von Nerja, in Strandnähe, jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, schöne Terrasse, gut eingerichtete Küche, W-Lan,....., alles, was das Urlauberherz wünscht. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war tipptopp und herzlich. Kann das Objekt sehr empfehlen, gerne wieder! Marianne

Hi we never got our holiday due to coronavirus Our flights were cancelled and we have rescheduled with the Owner and will be going to Nerja from the 9th to 23rd May 2021 to the same property can you send us our new booking confirmation for the above dates it had all been arranged with Liz who had been very accomodating

Nerja Townhouse

Found this property on HomeAway and the photos looked amazing. The photos are slightly misleading however as although she doesn't say it, the owner shows the pool in the photos which rightly or wrongly you assume is right outside the apartment. It's not, it's about a 6 minute walk - doesn't sound like much but as every piece of furniture around the pool is chained up you have to take your own chairs or sunbeds so it's a lot to carry that distance in that heat. The pool, fantastic, but, this is the 1st pool I've seen anywhere with this amount of rules - no inflatables, no footballs, no music, no drinks, no jumping in !!!!! No diving !!!!!! No children unaccompanied by adults .... You don't think they could police this but my 9yr old got warned for jumping in and for being in the pool by himself whilst we were 10ft away by a member of the cleaning staff !! I understand that there are owners of the apartments around the pool but what a complete farce. The apartment, classically Spanish, it was more that suitable for the 3 of us but a few issues, the 3rd and sometimes the 2nd person in the shower each night would have a cold one. We didn't want to go routing around the house but there wasn't a welcome pack available so we had no clue how to use anything at the start and I had to email the owner asking about WiFi as no notes or passwords anywhere ! There were a few basic provisions in the fridge so that was nice. The wooden steps up to the roof terrace are pretty thin and steep so needed to take extreme care. I know this isn't the owners fault and probably just unlucky on our part but it was far too noisy in this location. There are some many steel gates around that every 5 mins from midnight through to 3am and then 6 am onwards all you can hear is the slamming of the gates, doors banging, mopeds speeding past the main road, people shouting etc etc we didn't get a lot of sleep that week ! The 2 bedrooms do have air conditioning but it will cost you to run them, it was so hot in the house that it cost us quite a lot each night in each room to sleep - it's not cheap to keep cool. All in all for what we paid it was adequate. Nerja is nice, we looked around during our week and if we had spent another couple of hundred pounds we could have got something much better.

Great place

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at this property. It was a home from home. The roof top was great for sitting out on of an evening and really well located close to everything.

Charming house in a brilliant location

We had a lovely stay in Nerja. The house was lovely (typically Spanish) and catered for all our needs in a holiday home and the location for both the beach and the town was perfect with only a 15-20 minute walk (uphill on the way back but kept us in exercise). Thanks to Liz for sorting out a couple of minor things so quickly whilst we there (one of the air con's stopped working and this was sorted the same day with someone sent round to fix at our convenience). Nerja is a lovely town and was busy with lots going on, but in a great way. Beach is great and we tried many lovely restaurants in both locations. Many thanks

The house is very well equiped , confortable and located in the right spot.

For clients wishing to use the house during winter months I would suggest a little more heating should be available, one oil filled radiator is not enough.

Lovely Traditional House

This house ticks all the boxes for a stay in Nerja. It was clean, well equipped and in a really nice complex, convenient for everything. It is close to a school which can be a little noisy on the roof terrace during the day but that is not an issue unless you have an aversion to the sound of children playing! A car is not needed unless you have plans for extended exploration of the area. There are several supermarkets within easy walking distance and the bus services within and from Nerja are frequent. There is no shortage of bars and restaurants within easy reach, from 100yds to a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We would have no hesitation in using this property again if we return to Nerja.

Home from home .... but in the sun.

Perfectly positioned accommodation easy walking distance from the beach, Nerja old town, and bus stops & essential shops. The house itself is set in a delightful pretty gardenesque community. It has a wonderful sun roof - ideal for breakfast and early evening drinks. The bedrooms are perfect sized with airy balconies. 2 bathrooms which is a bonus and a nice sized fully equipped kitchen. Cannot fault this accommodation and it's very hospitable owner Liz .

Wonderful modern town house built in the old style.

Hard to find anything bad to say about this house. Well furnished, well equipped kitchen, 2 powerful showers and a downstairs toilet as well. Well supplied with start-up food, a bottle of Limoncello for a celebratory welcome drink. LOADS of toilet paper! The roof terrace is wonderful with masses of room and views over the roof tops to the mountains and sea. Ten mins gentle stroll down to wonderful Burriano beach, with some excellent restaurants and bars (the return uphill walk is a little more challenging, but you can always get a bar to order you a taxi!). Downtown Nerja is good, mostly pedestrianised, though a bit it touristy (well it would be wouldn't it?!) Overall Nerja is a lovely peaceful place and the people are, without exception, charming and helpful. Oh and one more thing, across the main road at the top of the street (200yards) is a lovely bar/restaurant 'El Camionero', highly recommended.

Lovely house in a very pretty setting.

Four mature adults staying for 10 days and the property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we enjoyed the roof terrace and it's just a short walk to the pool. For self catering, there is a large well stocked supermarket very near and a smaller one just across the road and others around the town. We did not hire a car or venture very far but there is a bus stop quite near where you can catch the local bus or go further afield, but the walking distance into the centre of Nerja is only a 10-15 minute stroll, some slopes but is manageable if you are reasonably fit. I have just had a hip replacement 12 weeks ago and with one crutch, did not have a problem. Out of the complex to the bottom of the road and straight down a steep hill is the lovely Burriana Beach. There is Wi-Fi available and also in the bedrooms Air Conditioning, there is a charge for this. We asked Liz to arrange us an airport transfer and this was great.

Fantastic Villa

A perfect place to spend our holiday. My wife and 12 year old son have had a great time in Nerja. The Villa was all that we could have wished for. First impression was how clean the villa was on arrival - good start. Plenty of space in the villa with good TV, kitchen and bathroom facilities. The roof terrace was fantastic, we seemed to spend most of our villa time either eating or just relaxing on the roof terrace. Pool very good, only 2 minutes from the villa - we spent a lot of time at the pool and at the beach - only 10 minutes walk away (Quite a hill coming back though). Good supermarkets within a very short distance and a great bakery for fresh bread and pastries (Breakfast) just 5 minutes away. All in all a great villa, setting and area to holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

Nerja Condo Experience

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location is convenient to just about everything from the bus terminal to the beach. Customer service was excellent from the owner and the property manager. I would recommend the propertY for short or long term rental. Suggestion: be sure that you fully understand the internet conditions. It is present, but you will pay a fee to activate and use it. Good service, but understand how it works.
