A 3 min de la playa y menos de 10 min del Balcon de Europa

Preciosa casa semi-adosada en un pequeño complejo residencial privado pegado al Parador y a la playa de Burriana. La casa consta de dos plantas. En la superior hay un cuarto de bano completo y tres habitaciones dobles, dos de las cuales tienen camas matrimoniales de 150 x 200 y la tercera, dos camas de 105 x 190.
La habitacion principal tiene también un balcón acristalado, desde donde se pueden disfrutar de unas espectaculares vistas al mar.
La planta baja tiene otro aseo con ducha, cocina equipada. El salon consta de una mesa, sillas, sofa, mesa de cafe, TV de plasma de 48 pulgadas y equipo de sonido. Tambien hay una terraza con vistas panoramicas al mar y a la montana y la urbanizacion tiene piscina compartida y zonas comunes con tumbonas.
La casa esta perfectamente situada, al tener una salida al Parador, el cual esta a menos de 10 minutos andado del Balcon de Europa y otra a la calle Bajamar, por donde se accede a la playa de Burriana.
Hay wi-fi, aire acondicionado / calefacción y disponemos de cuna para bebes.
Actualmente estamos haciendo una pequeña renovación en la casa ya que estamos cambiando el bano y el suelo de las habitaciones. Todos los muebles van a ser nuevos y de una calidad alta.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property in Nerja. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, close to the beach, nice restaurants and shopping areas. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Nerja here. Location - good as you can get in my opinion, level and quick access to Nerja town out the back gate (comes out just at the Parador). But also quick access down the hill to Burriana Beach (Nybakat bakery within 5-10 min walk for breakfast each morning). Apartment - everything as described, excellent facilities, view and communal pool areas. Eli and Eva were excellent hosts, very quick responses and made check in and check out very simple. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Perfect Home

I would stay in this home every time I come to Nerja or Malaga which is a short drive away. Perfect location- not in the city center so nice and quiet but an easy walk there and another easy walk to the beach boardwalk spot of Nerja. Perfect!

Fabulous Apartment on Nerja beach

This is a lovely condo apartment steps to the beach in the beach town of Nerja. The place is superbly appointed and the aesthetic is lovely. The patios are spectacular and the morning sunrise divine.

Location, location, location!!!

This is a lovely beach apartment with gorgeous views of the sea. Waking up to a sunrise every morning and walking to the beach to the local bakery for fresh bread is an excellent way to start the day. With Nerja Old Town, just around the corner and the beach minutes away, you can't pick a better location to spend your vacation.Looking forward to our return!!

A perfect joy.

Ideally located, and extremely well equipped, the house provided an ideal base for a family get together. Eva made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the check in was smooth quick and easy. We will look forward to returning.

We loved it

We enjoyed a very relaxed and comfortable stay in this beautiful house. The location is great - it is very near the beach and the centre, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The house is clean and very well equipped. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

Family get together

We spent a week at this lovely apartment and enjoyed every minute. The apartment offers spectacular views and location was perfect for walking everywhere. Restaurant recommendations were great and very pro active and reassuring host. Thank you!

As good as we had hoped it would be... and even better!

Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Alamar house

Location was unbelievable, views of the ocean, easy access to the town, the back gate just to the left of the house made the walk into town easy, cutting out cardiac hill, the views were outstanding, we were there in December the location was quiet and clean very well kept. The house is also close to the beach and the bars and restaurants near the beach, loved o’haras for their breakfast. Would highly recommend this accommodation our hosts were always available although we didn’t need to call them as they had provided everything that was needed. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a large family gathering in Nerja for a special event. The house was perfect for our party and we all felt at home instantly. We had everything we could have needed and more. Very comfortable. Great sleep quality. . The views are awesome. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Lovely decor and amazing views from both balconies. Everything you need within walking distance. Lovely area and great for some winter sun. Eva really attentive and quick on all comms throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Everything you need for a great Nerja stay

We were in the area for a family destination wedding...villa allowed us to relax for 5 days in a such a lovely, comfortable space with beautiful sunrises, 5 minute walk to the beach, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen...between all the wedding events nearby. Hosts had gifted us a lovely bottle of wine, condiments, milk and coffee, tea and sugar to get us started! We will be back! Nerja is a lovely beach town, just the right size for a relaxing family holiday.

Winter Getaway Haven

Ideally situated looking over Burriuana beach, the property is perched midway on a steep hill between the beach and the town centre. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and beachside restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk in the town. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for and need for your holiday. It is bright and airy and boasts fabulous views. We found it a great getaway for some lovely winter sun. The hosts were always contactable and helpful.

Wow! What an amazing villa in a wonderful location. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to drop our baggage well before the 4pm check in time. The pictures for this villa do not do it justice! So close to the beach and restaurants too. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen and a nice bottle of wine chilling for us in the fridge! The decor is lovely and fresh and the views are incredible. We wish we had a longer stay in this wonderful location. We will be back!

Lovely apartment, amazing views!

We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services. The absolutely best thing about our stay were the incredible sunrises each and every morning. What a way to start your day!

Wonderful

Absolutely killer views, lovely apartment, and amazing hosts! It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Eva and Eli, the most amazing, responsive hosts we could have asked for! Thank you to Marife for caring for the apartment during our stay. Highly recommend!

First Time in Nerja

This was our first time in Nerja, and we absolutely could not have imagined a better place to stay to get to know the area. The apartment has what we came to believe is the best view in the entire town. And, it is in the best location, being right above Burriana Beach. It is removed from the Town Center, but that is a huge plus, as the more we saw of the Town, the less we felt we needed to be there- it is very touristy and busy. The apartment is between the touristy "chiringuitos" and other restaurants at the beach, but then also the other way are the more local establishments on Avenida de la Pescia. We easily walked to local run cafeterías and fruterías, which is where you really get a Spanish experience. Parking was not an issue, and we always found a spot easily. You will get good exercise with the hill work, too. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this beautiful apartment and wonderful location. Eva is very responsive, and any question I had she responded to immediately.

Amazing house for a holiday

The house is a wow! The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter. There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy. There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it. Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year. We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten. Jude Mason

Familia española/inglesa trabajando y viviendo en Londres. Nuestras respectivas familias viven en Andalucia por lo que vamos a menudo y queríamos nuestra propia casa.
Dese la primera vez que la vimos sabiamos que era exacto lo que buscábamos y eso que vimos bastantes por la zona de Nerja en un periodo de 18 meses! Nos llevo casi 18 meses comprarla dado que el vendedor no estaba seguro de venderla por motivos sentimentales.
Esperamos que esta sea nuestra base el día que nos jubilemos.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Increibles vistas panoramicas del mar y la montana. La localizacion es ideal ya que esta a unos 2 minutos andando de la playa de Burriana y a unos 10 minutos del Balcon de EUropa, donde se encuentran la mayoría de bares y restaurantes de Nerja. Hay una piscina compartida con otras 10 casa pero al estar la playa tan cerca poca gente la usa.
