Our SPECTACULAR, 1,535 square feet, 3 BEDROOMS/3 BATHS SURFSIDE BEACH RESORT OCEAN VIEW CONDOMINIUM. We have a very opened floor plan with GLASS DOORS/WINDOWS from CEILING TO FLOOR.

All rooms, open onto a 28 FOOT BALCONY.

A huge MASTER BEDROOM with a king-size bed, Wall mounted FLAT SCREEN TV large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed shower. The SECOND BEDROOM features 2-FULL SIZE beds wall mounted flat screen TV and private full bath. THIRD BEDROOM. It has OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE with TWO QUEEN SIZE beds & sleeper sofa. Flat screen TV, large closet, private FULL BATH, REFRIGERATOR.

Our LIVING ROOM is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and includes new Custome shades on all windows, FLAT SCREEN TV. DINING ROOM has seating for six.

Kitchen has beautiful QUARTZ counter tops, STAINLESS STEAL appliances, WHITE CABINETS, stove refrigerator, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer, full linens, etc. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Surfside also provides open and COVERED DECKING with PICNIC TABLES ON THE BEACH where you can WATCH GORGEOUS and ROMANTIC SUNSETS while you sip your afternoon beverage. Or you can enjoy watching the PLAYFUL DOLPHINS and/or watch the INTERESTING TOURISTS walking and basking on what is RANKED as one of the TEN MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD.

Fabulous Views

Ocean Views were awesome. Enjoyed our stay very much. 3 bed/baths were wonderful. 2 bedrooms are connected without a hallway so the far bedroom has to walk through the middle bedroom or go through building hallway to get to kitchen. Overall, nice layout with redone countertops in baths and kitchen. Queen bedroom bath you have to pull out on the knob with a lot of force to start the shower water. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for all to shower at once.

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach!

The pictures do not do justice! Very spacious and updated property. Cindy was so easy to work with. We only had six guests with us and we felt that we could have 12 people. We had a minor leak from the unit above day 2...but Cindy was on it immediately...She called in crew. My family will be back for sure!This is property is a great value and great location ! And the owners are top notch!! Thank You for sharing your beautiful space!

Seascape surfside condo

Very nice but could use some minor updating. Lighting in master bath was missing recessed bulb. Seemed like some of the light switches were quickly painted over and some did not work. Kitchen cookware was older and some not very clean (noticed that the dishwasher didn’t clean ours very well either )so it may have been cleaned but not checked before they put it away. The A/C kept going out and needing to be reset These are just little things and all in all we were very happy so not meant to be a bad review.

Highly recommend

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with nice beach with 2mins walking distance. Will book it again in future.

Great Summer Vaca

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfect for our family of six! Our almost grown kids loved having a bed of their own lol! We love the location and the private section of the beach!

Whole family

Very good place to stay but it is not beachfront it is across the street from the beach. But there is a walway over the street to get to the beach but there are a lot of stairs going dowň to the beach. But overall for the whole family great place.

Amazing Experience!

Loved everything about our stay! Host checked in on us to ensure our stay was perfect. She also gave us a list of places to check out in the area which came in handy since it was our first time in Destin. We were a family of 12 and this place accommodated all of us. Beautiful beach view. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Amazing experience!

Great place — plenty of space

Great space, especially for families. Note that one of the rooms is off of another so you have to walk through it to get to the other room. We used one room for children, and the master for my husband and myself )plenty of space for a pack and play in any room btw), and the back set apart room for my friend and their two kids. TONS of sleeping space. Great walk to beach and pool and the communication via text was incredible. Place as described. Wonderful location.

Amazing Experience!!!

Loved everything about my stay. We’re a family of 11 and didn’t expect everything to be as smooth and accommodating as it was; however, Cindy and her condo DELIVERED! The location was perfect for beech access and within 20 minutes of every other place we went. I’m committing to this booking for any of my returns to Destin as a Family.

Amazing Family Trip

We had an enjoyable stay in Destin. Ms. Cindy made it a whole lot better. We didn’t have anything to worry about she takes cares of everything and is such a pleasure to work with. My family and I haven’t had a trip together in a long time and it was absolutely wonderful, from the condo to the weather. Thanks again and we will choose to rent from Ms. Cindy again. 😊
