Very nice apartment directly at the beach

The apartment is beautifully situated right on the beach, the view from the window is great. The kitchen is brand new, the living area is comfortable. The bathroom is old and the bedroom is very small. Cons: We didn't receive any instructions about handing over the keys and waited 45 hours in vain for a neighbor to help us. Information about WLAN etc. only when asked awkwardly, since the administrator hardly speaks English. The stairwell is very dirty, nobody feels responsible here.
