A great place for a couple to stay for a week in Dinard. Probably not suitable for persons with mobility issues or very young children, on account of the stairs.The apartment is well equipped and comfortably furnished.The host was very helpful and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return.

Excellent location

We stayed in this really good location. Easy access to the beach and town. The only downside is that we thought we might be able to access the beautiful garden in the ground of the Manor but it is not part of the rented accommodation

Beautiful Dinard

The accommodations surpassed our expectations. The VRBO was charming, clean with lots of thoughtful useful added extras. The owner communicated promptly and was very helpful when we arrived. The VRBO was in easy walking distance to all Dinard had to offer.

Lovely apt in beautiful seaside town

Walk to the daily local market or Intermarche, to the seawater pool and promenade, to restaurants and shops. Great location and nicely furnished, with easy to use kitchen. Beds are comfortable; laundry is great for weeklong stays.

A nice, spacious apartment in an old building.

Number 1, Rue De La Corbinais is an old manor house in Dinard, which has been converted into self contained apartments. Mr and Mrs Rohou, who own the apartment, are a very nice couple who are anxious to please their guests and have furnished the apartment in a traditional, but uncluttered style. The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor of the building. The apartment is comprehensively equipped and the kitchen is as good as you will find in many permanent residences. There is a cooker with oven and four ceramic hobs; a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. Unusually for a French kitchen it also has a kettle and a tea-pot. The adjacent dining area has a breakfast bar and a dining table, both with seating for four. There is a comfortable seating area with a TV and CD player. Upstairs (there are two upper floors) the bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the adjacent bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The very top floor also has a bed, which would be suitable for an older child. I had a small problem with the key, but Mr Rohou came to the apartment and cleaned the lock. I suspect that, whatever the problem, there would be a ready solution, meaning that guests could relax and enjoy their holiday. The apartment is near to the 'Le Prieuré' beach, which is on the estuary of the river Rance. Other beaches at Dinard and St Enogat are also within comfortable walking distance, as are the local market and many good restaurants. There is a parking place inside the courtyard of the apartment and the gates can be locked at night, so a car can be made secure. This is a very nice apartment and single people, couples and small families should all be able to enjoy nice holidays in it.

Logement plein de charme breton, très bien décoré et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque et on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Mme Rohou est charmante et vous indique tout ce qu'il y a à découvrir à Dinard et aux alentours, si vous ne connaissez pas la region, tout est a disposition pour la découvrir dans de bonnes conditions. Les échanges ont été fluides de la prise de renseignements jusqu'à notre départ ! Encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

logement agréable à Dinard

L'appartement correspond à la description faite dans l'annonce.lors de mon arrivée mon hôte m'a accueillie en venant m'attendre à l'arrêt du bus et m'a aidée à porter mes bagages. Le logement n'est pas aussi proche du marché et du centre ville que laissait entendre l'annonce lorsque l'on se déplace à pied et que l'on doit porter le sac à provisions.Par contre il est proche de la mer et d'une plage très agréable.

Un séjour très agréable

L'hébergement était en tous points conforme à la description. Proche des plages et du centre ville. Les échanges avec l'hôte ont été parfaits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration recherchée et une cuisine très bien équipée. Un séjour des plus agréables.

Appartement au calme et agréable

Nous avions loué cet appartement il y a 17 ans. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillants et sympathiques. Ce fut un plaisir d'y revenir. Il a gardé tout son charme. La décoration est faite avec gout et le mobilier est de qualité. Il a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour des vacances. L'appartement est au calme, on entend les oiseaux lorsque la fenêtre du séjour est ouverte. Il est à 5 min à pied de la plage du Prieuré et à 10min à pied du marché.

Excellent séjour, super appartement, super hôte

L'accueil a été parfait et sympatique. L'appartement était propre, très bien équipé et agencé. Bien situé près du centre ville, des plages, des circuits de balade, très calme. On pouvait faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. La région est belle, plein d'endroits à visiter même en hiver. A noter le parking privatif très pratique. Rien à redire, je recommande cette location parfaite.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Kinder hatten Spaß mit ihrem Schlafzimmern oben im Dachgeschoss. Wir konnten auch gut schlafen im Bett. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Bad auch top, Wohnbereich auch sehr schön mit den Natursteinwänden. Wir habenuns Pudelwohl gefühlt.

Séjour à Dinard

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement avec deux enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pu rejoindre le centre de Dinard et la côte à pied depuis l'appartement. A recommander.
