Each villa offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people.

In the basement, the Home Cinema offers 5 beds in bunk beds (5 beds)
The maximum number of occupants is limited to 15 people

Rules:

It is a house in a residential environment on the edge of a small village, so we will ask you to respect the calm and good neighborliness.
It is forbidden to make noise and music outside or inside the house which could disturb the neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Our Villa can accommodate each up to 15 people

Weekends or holidays minimum rental 2 nights.
The other days of the week possibility to rent from one night or the day from 8h to 18h.

Each house offers 5 rooms with 10 beds.
The Home Cinema in the basement is equipped with 6 individuals bunk Beds

On the ground floor, a large dining-living room with 2 sofas convertible into beds and an open kitchen overlook a garden with a terrace and a covered loggia

It is strictly forbidden to make noise or parties in the house or outside who disturbs the neighborhood.
