Cosmakis Villa is a beautifully restored 19th-century residence, fully renovated and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. Ideally situated within walking distance of local amenities in the charming village of Rodakino, it offers the perfect base for exploring the peaceful and unspoiled south coast of Crete. The property consists of two adjacent buildings.
The Main House
The arch-shaped main residence accommodates up to 2 guests in semi-autonomous attic-style bedrooms. It includes a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (featuring both a washing machine and a dishwasher), a dining area, and a cozy living room.
The Suite
The adjoining suite also hosts up to 2 guestsâideal for a couple or two individuals, as the king-size bed can be separated upon request. It offers its own sitting room, compact kitchen, bathroom, and dressing room.
Shared Outdoor Spaces
Both units include free Wi-Fi, radios, TVs, and additional amenities (see full list below). They share a large courtyard with patio furniture, a swimming pool, sun loungers, and stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The original 19th-century architectural character of the villa is preserved throughout, complemented by lush plants that enhance the serene atmosphere.
Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Crete, Rodakino is surrounded by numerous beautiful sandy beachesâall just a short, scenic drive away.
