Cosmakis Villa is a beautifully restored 19th-century residence, fully renovated and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. Ideally situated within walking distance of local amenities in the charming village of Rodakino, it offers the perfect base for exploring the peaceful and unspoiled south coast of Crete. The property consists of two adjacent buildings.



The Main House

The arch-shaped main residence accommodates up to 2 guests in semi-autonomous attic-style bedrooms. It includes a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (featuring both a washing machine and a dishwasher), a dining area, and a cozy living room.



The Suite

The adjoining suite also hosts up to 2 guests—ideal for a couple or two individuals, as the king-size bed can be separated upon request. It offers its own sitting room, compact kitchen, bathroom, and dressing room.



Shared Outdoor Spaces

Both units include free Wi-Fi, radios, TVs, and additional amenities (see full list below). They share a large courtyard with patio furniture, a swimming pool, sun loungers, and stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The original 19th-century architectural character of the villa is preserved throughout, complemented by lush plants that enhance the serene atmosphere.



Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Crete, Rodakino is surrounded by numerous beautiful sandy beaches—all just a short, scenic drive away.

Amazing

Amazing, relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxed holiday, I couldn't recommend anywhere more perfect. The owners were lovely and the villa was perfect. Amazing views a short drive to some little taverns and very friendly shop. I would recommend a car.

Very unique accomodation

The domicile is big (actually two parts), cosy and tasteful. Very nice and generous hosts (you get a lot of homemade gifts - cookies, oive oil, raki...). Tremendous view!

A real gem

The place was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The owners really thought of extra touches. I loved how close it was to secluded beaches too. In colder months, some thicker bed throws. However, the air conditioning worked really well at heating the place up.

Fantastic villa

We were greated very kindly by the owner and his wife with home made cockies, raki, wine, olive oil and special island herbs. The villa is very spacious and decorated beutifully with antics. We came as a couple, but the place can easly accomadate a whole family. We had full privecy and enjoyed using the outdoor pool, which was cleaned every day. Its located in a calm small village, just a few minutes drive from great beaches and tavernas. Perfect spot for star gazing directly from the pool side. The owner was helpful with every question we had. Would definatly come back. Nothing. Its simply perfect

Wunderschönes, stilvolles Ferienhaus in schöner Landschaft

Die Villa Cosmakis liegt in einem kleinen Dorf ca. 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet sowie sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und herzlich und wir haben uns in unserer Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir lässt nichtsvermissen. Ein Mietwagen ist sinnvoll. Damit kann man schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Das Haus und die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub in schöner Natur abseits vom Massentourismus verbringen möchte. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an ,sehr Willkommen gefühlt.Unsere Gastgeber waren wirklich reizend und sehr freundlich.Ein Begrüßungskorb stand für uns bereit.Alle 3 Tage wurde das Haus wieder gereinigt und immer stand eine Kleinigkeit für uns bereit.Mit frischen Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt.Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt.Der Pool wird täglich gründlich gereinigt.Wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Wir sind erst Mitternacht angereist und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen. Extrem freundliche Vermieter. Das Anwesen ist liebevoll, großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir waren total begeistert. Waren schon oft auf Kreta, aber schöner hatten wir es noch nie.
