The place was exceptionally well-stocked, clean, nice view of the pool and the Gulf beyond the inland tidal pools and surrounding trees. We went in June, so it was out of season and the place was very quiet, which was exactly what we needed for our vacation. I would recommend it and would go back again.

Great property and unit. Communication was excellent and top notch! Very well kept building and grounds. Pool is awesome. View is quite nice. You won't be sorry staying here.

The view of the Gulf and the pool is amazing. We love the windows! We watched dolphins from the balcony!

Frank was wonderful to work with, everything about this unit was amazing, we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked with beach/baby supplies it was. It had everything we needed for the week on the beach Also nice how close it is to tiger tail!

Fantastic Location and View

What a great location, and fantastic sunsets. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property was well stocked with all kitchen necessities, towels beach chairs. Frank was easy to contact if we needed anything, will be coming back soon!

Great View

Enjoyed the view off the balcony, could watch the sun go down every night. Owner was great to work with. A bit of a walk to the beach but all beach needs were provided.

We enjoyed the place. It was very roomy for our family. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The walk to the beach is inevitable but worth it. It’s the same for all the places in that area. The building has great amenities so we recommend it a lot.

Winter escape

I stayed here for a winter escape. The condo is spacious and the views are great. The pool is very nice and the condo is close to great restaurants. Beach is a hike but it’s worth it.

Great Location Needing A Deep Clean

Great condo location and complex facilities. Great communication and check-in and check-out. Beds, furniture, dishes/ glassware and appliances are tired and whole condo needs a deep cleaning.

Having a pool was great. I wish they would let you swim at night though. Property was clean with everything we needed. Franks condo had all the beach stuff we needed so we didnt need to pack that and bring it. The location was perfect. Tigertail beach is awesome for shelling! Frank was quick to respond to our needs and questions. I would love to come back soon!

Birds Eye view

We loved this unit in Tower 3 & will be back. The view is wonderful, if you enjoy a good sunset. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. Communication with Frank was seamless and I highly recommend. Just don’t go the weeks we want!

Beautiful

The condo was lovely & just as described. Frank was very easy to work with. Fast to respond. The beaches are beautiful. Just beware of ongoing loud construction of the building & mosquitoes can be bad at night. Bring bug spray. Marco Island is wonderful & worth exploring. We had a great time!

Paradise

Everything was there to be comfortable. Coffee, paper towels, hot chocolate packages, etc. Up at sunrise, out on excellent chairs and side tables on the deck overlooking white sandy beach and blue gulf waters. Lovely Furniture and convenient accessories in the kitchen

The View is Worth It

You will never tire of the views from every balcony: therapeutic. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart yet the pool is very welcoming and inviting. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The unit is beautiful and clean. The owner has provided everything you need. Hope to make a return trip!

Winter getaway

The facility had everything we needed. Views from various balconies spectacular! Clean unit, though the furnishings are a little tired. Absence of good reading lights. There was some pressure to get out before the pre-arranged leaving time. All in all, we would use this unit again.
