An excellent holiday home for exploring a fun and and interesting region

We stayed for 6 nights whilst visiting friends and family and exploring a part of the UK which is great for young kids with a lot of accessible outdoor activities, plenty of indoor activities and a lot of nice pubs!

Well worth the 6 hours each way travel time (from Suffolk)

It felt like home, away from home. Clean, well appointed and in a good location for exploring Lancashire.

Brilliant location, real home from home

to see family and friends as well as visit local tourist areas including shopping outlets and sports stadia required somewhere homely and inviting which this most certainly was

Brilliant accommodation that was the perfect base for our Christmas celebration.

The accommodation was perfect for our family. It was decorated for Christmas, which was perfect for our festive break away. The rooms were roomy and clean. The owners communicated well throughout and were supportive when we had queries. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely, clean, spacious holiday home

We stayed for a short 2-night break to give my in-laws (visiting from overseas) a day to visit Liverpool. This accommodation is far enough out of Liverpool for some peace and quiet yet very convenient for railway links to the city centre.

Superb family hoilday home

The size of the rooms was a surprise - all shared spaces and each bedroom had ample space. Everything we needed was on hand. Confused about the name though!

A great weekend

This is a great place to stay for a family get-together. Plenty of space, and well equipped. There was a problem with the boiler/heating on the first night of our stay, but Karen responded very promptly to our call for help - she supplied us with heaters to keep us warm overnight, and then somebody came and fixed the problem first thing the following morning. Many thanks. Looking forward to staying again!
