Nestled on the west side of Lake Como near San Siri overlooking the lake. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations. We enjoyed this place immensely.

Wonderful stay

The place is great and clean. It might not suitable for people who have disabilities to walk and climb few stairs. For us, it was perfect and the view is great even when it rains.

Peaceful & Beautiful Vrbo!

Absolutely gorgeous view & peaceful apartment. Raffaella was so kind & helpful! She even drove down the mountain to pick us up herself and take us to the apartment from the bus stop once she heard that we were arriving by bus instead of car. I really recommend her place!

So glad we chose it

Making our way south through Italy we wanted to catch our breath a few days at the famous Lake Como. Doing our research we found Raffaella's listing with the stunning view of the lake. We are so glad we did. Not only was the location wonderful, but Raffaella was incredible to work with. Her communication and instructions were very helpful. The property was clean and as described. We liked how easy it was to get to the ferries from there.

Best host ever

We had multiple challenges (with transportation) while we were visiting Lake Como, and Raffaella helped with every one. Besides that, the apartment was well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen; the bed was comfortable; and the view was magnificent. We loved watching the shadows rise on the mountains across the lake in the evening, and the flowers and birds enhanced our time relaxing on the porch. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

A little piece of paradise

This place didnt disappoint. The views were spectacular! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The only challenges could be coming down to the unit for some people. It has steep pebbly steps. We loved our stay here!! The owners were so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back.

Beautiful View

Well appointed apartment with a great view of Lake Como. We sat for hours enjoying an expansive view up and down the lake with the incredible mountain backdrop. Hearing the nearby church bells also contributed to the ambiance. Rafaella and her husband were tremendously helpful during check-in and out. Our only regret is we didn’t have enough time there!

Dreamy place and amazing hostess

We were so impressed by Raffaella from the moment she greeted us at the bus stop. She was so thoughtful lending us umbrellas, making restaurant reservations at a local restaurant and giving us great details to make sure we knew where everything was. Her place is gorgeous with the best panoramic view of the lake!! We will be back for sure!! So romantic! Thank you Raffaella!!

Beautiful views of Lake Como

We absolutely loved our stay. The only downside is the very steep and uneven path down to the accomodation. Not suitable for anyone unfit, with a disability or heart condition, which is a shame as the views are stunning. Our host Raffaella was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. If you can handle the walk down it’s absolutely worth it. Just remember to pack light.

Tolle Aussicht überdeckt Mängel

Die Aussicht mit Blick auf den Lago ist toll.Leider müssen Gepäck und Einkäufe einen längeren und grob gepflasterten Weg hinunter zum Haus und dann auch wieder hochgeschleppt werden. Das sollte in der Beschreibung etwas ehrlicher beschrieben werden. Allein aus diesem Grund würden wir dort nicht mehr buchen.Die Kücheneinrichtung ist "brauchbar", aber, wie es scheint, aus 3-4 Haushaltsauflösungen zusammengestückelt. Die Elektrogeräte sind billigste Ware und zum Teil eklig verdreckt (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Die meisten Türen der Küchenschränke klemmen bzw. schließen nicht richtig. Auch waren der Backofen und die Abzugshaube völlig verdreckt.Im Bad hat sich sehr stark Schimmel breit gemacht. Die Sauberkeit war bei Übergabe mangelhaft. Die Schubladen des Waschtischunterschranks waren mit Klebeband beklebt, da die Spanbretter aufgequollen sind.In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es leider keinen Kleiderschrank, in dem man Kleidung aufhängen. Alles muss in Kommoden untergebracht werden.

Boek dit niet als je slecht ter been bent.

We hadden een prima verblijf op doorreis naar huis. Het huis heeft een geweldig terras en dito uitzicht alleen is het wel belangrijk om te weten dat het erg hoog gelegen is. De accommodatie is niet met de auto te bereiken. Je moet eindje een steil en ongelijk pad af om bij het appartement te komen. De auto kun je even boven aan het pad zetten om bagage uit te laden maar moet vervolgens hoger op de berg op een openbare parkeerplaats geparkeerd worden. Als we dit allemaal hadden geweten hadden we iets anders geboekt. Het ontvangst was hartelijk en correct.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage am Hang von San Siro mit grandiosem Blick auf den Comersee. Die sehr herzliche Gastgeberin Raffaella informierte uns über alles Wichtige, gab viele wertvolle Tipps zum Aufenthalt, Parkmöglichkeiten, Einfkauf, Ausflügen etc. Sie war stets erreichbar und war um eine gute Ferienzeit besorgt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.Nebst den üblichen Touristenmagneten wie Varenna, Bellagio und Menaggio, welche schon jetzt in der ersten Aprilhälfte viele Besucher anzogen, werden wir den Comersee mit den vielen weniger bekannten und nicht so überlaufenen Orten das nächste Mal erkunden. Zu erwähnen sind auch die vielen prächtigen Parks und Gärten rund um den See.Der Comersee ist mehr als eine Reise wert!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche am Comersee. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Raffaella hat uns super lieb empfangen und uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Kleiner Hinweis: im Ort selber gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sodass man mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort fahren muss. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
