Flat D is a second floor flat, it is fully self-contained with an open plan lounge/kitchen and diner. With beautiful sea-views and a bed settee. Bedroom with one single and one double bedroom. separate shower room with wc/shower/washbasin.

Rowntree self-catering holiday flats are on the Southside of Bridlington seafront and are a short walk away from the newly refurbished Spa Theatre and Conference Centre.

Good Lots of stairs for young children

It was hard to find the staff to pick up the keys and you have to pay for the parking permit which wasn't stated in the booking but not much to pay, there is a lot of steep stairs for young children to climb up and down on, states lift but just a stair lift which children can not use, overall we enjoyed our stay our flat was well equipped with tea towel, cloth and sponge and tea and coffee and milk, the double bed wasn't to comfortable but was ok for two nights

Excellent birthday weekend for 10 year old.

Easy to book, excellent communication regarding any questions prior to stay. The hostess was very warm and friendly and gave us the option to have another room with bunk beds for the children. She also load us a crab net and bucket for our 10 year old to use, after I had mentioned this was one of the things he wanted to do on his birthday weekend. This was a very generous and heart felt gesture. Close to the beach, harbour, shops and entertainment. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good for near beach and marina but the room was at the top the building if you have mobility problems not ideal asked for a lower room but this was not passed on to the host all rooms booked so we was not able to move which marred our holiday

the property & the location was ideal the sea view was amazing

the room we were in was lovely clean & comfortable the manager she was lovely always asking if everything was ok it was just amazing we would most definitely go there again we got very well look after we have really enjoyed our holiday & at rowntree flats it was great lovely place to stay we didn't want to leave miss the flat already & the beautiful view great place 😀 loved it xxx

More than we expected, a perfect place for a family weekend

The landlady was helpful and lovely, the apartment was spotless and provided everything we could have needed and more. Located perfectly for a walk into town or a day on the beach would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
