Everything was clean. Jeremiah was always helpful and responsive. Appliances were new and worked. Perfect, quiet location for restaurants and public transit and many interesting things within walking distance.

Great location with lots of restaurants and great public transport options close by. Place is clean and all appliances are new and work well. Furniture is tired but don’t let that put you off. Worked very well for family of 6-three generations.

Excellent location that is so convenient to what we wanted to see and do. The unit was nice and like we see in the pictures, and the manager on property was very pleasant to deal with and attentive to our needs. Will certainly consider this property again.

Christmas in London
The property is in an ideal location. The property manager and staff were very responsive when we had requests and supplied a baby cot and high chair for our one year old. Lots of great restaurants and pubs in the area and walks to enjoy the Christmas lights were easy in all directions! Thank you!

Family fun in a great part of London
We are a family of 6 travelling through London, and this apartment was ideal for us. Plenty of beds to accommodate everyone and a great space for shared meals and regrouping after our busy days. We chose this apartment because of its accessibility to everything we wanted to do in London - great cafes and restaurants just down the street. As well as great access to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London, and are very happy to have stayed here. Thank you

Amazing location.
The apartment is in a really great area of Mayfair. Extremely close to a ton of good restaurants and pubs, and also a number of sites to see. The tube station is also just a couple blocks away and the theatre district is just a bit farther. Highly recommend it as a way to be in a great area, while also being so close to everything London has to offer. The apartment building itself has construction work being done above it so there’s so noise during the day and the washer/dryer is useless…..

Perfectly located
We were grateful for our little alcove in the Mayfair neighborhood--that kept us close to all the action in central London--and was a stone's throw from beautiful daily walks / runs in Hyde Park. Jeremiah was a delightful and helpful on-site property manager that responded quickly to all of our requests. The apartment was large & lovely with comfortable beds. Our only feedback would be to consider stocking the kitchen with a few more items. We also really struggled with the stale smoke smell in the central bathroom (master bathroom was fine). thank you for making our family vacation to London a comfortable & fun one!

Followed the NY Jets to London
Pros - The location is in a very quiet area of London.
It is very walkable, esp. to the Green Park
Underground
There is plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread
out.
Cons - The shower in the 2nd bath did not work, so 5 of us
took turns showering in the master bath.
The kitchen is well stocked with plates/ glasses, but
not with pots/pans to cook. We had hoped to make
our own brunch before heading out to Tottenham for
the game.
Not sure if it is common in London but It would have
been nice to have a box of tissues/roll of paper
towels supplied as paper products were hard to
find.
Overall, I would return to this rental and recommend it to others!

Good overall - a couple things need fixing
We enjoyed our stay at Park Lane apartments but there were a few issues that need to be improved. The location is good, close to the Tube, quiet, close to restaurants, small groceries, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good but the kitchen needs upgrades- we had trouble with appliances- the toaster didn't work, there was a fuse box problem one morning and the dryer does not work. The washer did work so we learned to wash small loads quickly and then dry clothes on the heated bathroom towel bar. Some kitchen cabinets were in disrepair. One other issue was that the photos we saw apparently highlighted rooms from other units but not ours. Despite these issues, the unit was clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood and our contact person was courteous and answered our questions about appliances quickly. Hence, our overall rating of 4.
