We believe this review is not a fair reflection of the property. The furnishings are expensive and of good quality. The beds for example are less than a year old. The sofas are covered due to prevent stains, as guests often spill coffee on them, they are not there to cover stains. The oven works perfectly. There is a smaller oven which we don't use since its very small and not good for cooking. The vanity lights were fixed during the stay but were working on arrival. We have ground staff which we give phone numbers out for during the stay but this guest decided not to use them and preferred to contact us on the app, which is fine but it is slower than contacting our ground staff who can be onsite quickly when needed. There is a coffee maker which is a nespresso machine listed in the advert, we give pods so that the guest alway has coffee, the guest was made aware of that in the advert. There were spare toilet rolls in the kitchen cupboard, the guest just need to ask us, we stock 2 rolls in each bathroom as standard. There is an instruction manual for the washer dryer which the guest had access to. Check in is very easy, its simply a lock box located right by the front door in a hidden location details of which are given prior to arrival. No other guests found this difficult. This is the first time we have heard of any issues with check in since advertising the property.

We have changed the breakfast bar, the stools and the coffee table for better quality items. 2. We have checked the blinds and have found them to be working perfectly. We will create some instructions on how to use them. 3. The washer dryer has now been replaced with a brand new unit that works perfectly. 4. We have instructed our cleaners to make sure the entire floor is mopped property so that there is less chance of any dirty feet. We will keep making further improvements over the coming weeks so that the place is welcoming and homely for visitors. Hi there John! I appreciate your comments and you were a wonderful guest at our unit. Yes you were the first to use the heating units. The place has ample space heaters as you stated so heating is never an issue at the apartment. We have replaced all the batteries in the thermstats and we found that the hinges on the fridge were getting worn so the fridge was not closing properly, hence the ice build up. We have since ordered replacement hinges and the work is due to be carried out in the next week which will solve any future warm fridge issues. I do apologise for the inconvenience that caused. Furthermore we have now replaced the washer dryer with a brand new unit so that guests can wash their clothes without the issues which were present with the old unit.
