The house features a driveway for free two car parking. The house is modern with a traditional feel, the house features a garden, large television, fibre broadband, bedroom with balcony, free 2 car parking, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Free WiFi is accessible within the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Amazon Prime, Plex and Netflix.
Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer. Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer also available.
Exeter Central Train station is located 5 minute walk away whilst Exeter City Centre and the Quay can be accessed via an easy 2/5 minute walk. Nearest airport is Exeter airport located 7.2 miles away.

The house is modern with a traditional warm feel, the house features a garden, extendable dining table and chairs for 8 people, large sofa, fibre broadband, balcony, free 2 car parking, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Free fibre Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Amazon Prime and Netflix for free on the large Smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.
