Coastal Country Park Holiday Home

Situated in an idyllic location for exploring the coast and New Forest. This chalet is set in the 5 star Shorefield country park, which is perfect for a family, friends or couples getaway. With plenty of amenities nearby, dog friendly and lovely places to explore. The accommodation is set in 100 acres of beautiful parkland and within walking distance of Milford-on-sea beach and town centre. Shorefield holiday park is suitable for all ages with its various facilities.
This 2 bedroom lodge sleeps up to 6 guests with a fully equipped kitchen to support a self catering holiday with bedding and towels provided. The accommodation has its own private outdoor decking area that is southward facing for sitting and relaxing in.
The facilities on Shorefield holiday park for guests to enjoy include indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym, bar for over 18s, play area, fishing lakes, tennis court, restaurant, free WiFi, supermarket with off licence and laundrette on site. Renting our holiday home includes passes for the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, daytime and evening entertainment, restaurant, gym and sports courts free of charge.
Our position is perfect for exploring local attractions such as Peppa Pig world, Highcliffe Castle, Beaulieu motor museum and Hurst Castle. The nearby town of Lymington has regular ferries to the Isle of Wight.

We had a wonderful 3 nights here. Host gave very clear directions, communicated well. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely like to return in the Summer.

Great caravan, great location

I visited with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. The van was really well equipped and spacious. Very close to all amenities. Lovely friendly site. The grandchildren loved the books and games. Would definately return.

Good prompt communication with the owner who gaves us helpful tips and information about the propert, holiday park facilities and nearby amenities.However, what could be improved is the cleanliness of the holiday home. On arrival there was a noticable odour throughout the accomodation, and there was a vape kit on the bedroom shelf, plus the lower oven wasn't dirty as well.

Everything provided

Spent 3 nights heŕe with my son and dog. We had a great stay and I even had my own little ensuite. Even tea bags were provided. When boiler broke on 2nd day it was fixed within an hour. Would go again.

Good. Lots of thoughtful items provided, like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, cling film etc. Difficult to find on arrival- we had to ask at reception where it was difficult to park and very busy. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant though.

Everything was great. Two small issues, we found ants in the dog food and the first step into the caravan is broken. It looks like it has previously been repaired and the repair has broken.

Shorefield is an excellent location with great facilities

On the whole we were satisfied with our accommodation as were the ants, they were everywhere in the cupboards, on the furniture and in the fridge. Parking close to the lodge would have been an issue had the park been busier but not so during our stay. Couple of minor niggles the DVD player had no cable to connect it to the TV and there was no shaver point to be found. We would definitely use Shorefield again.

Lage und Holidaypark an sich waren gut.Rest: unterirdisch. Baufällige Treppe. Mobile Home war nicht gereinigt ( Krümel auf den Arbeitsflächen und auf dem Sofa, wenn man den Toaster weggenommen hat, war ein Berg aus Krü meln. Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. Haare in der Dusche, Spiegel ungeputzt voller Zahnpasta- und Wasserspritzer, Wasserhähne voller Flecken). Die Polstermöbel und die Teppiche sind voller alter Flecken. Das gravierendste waren aber die nicht frischbezogenen Betten ( Haare, Flecken, Krümmel). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern erbrachte, dass man sich das Bett selbst neu beziehen „durfte“. Kein weiteres Entgegenkommen. Summa Summarum : hier buchen wir nicht nochmal

Ideal location for getting to know the IOW area on the south coast.

Great destination for short break away

I had a fantastic stay at the Caravan in Shorefield this year. The communication with the owners was excellent and the caravan was in great condition and in a perfect spot. The site at Shorefield has plenty to offer including a nearby beach, sports and leisure access and an onsite restaurant and shop. I would definitely recommend!

The caravan and the site were very good the only complaint we have is we were told that the passes to get into the club could be picked up at reception as we had not been sent to us we went there to get them and they tried to get them sorted but didn’t so we could not use any of the clubhouse or swimming pools which was very disappointing

Site was situated only short distance from both beach and forest. Caravan itself was well equipped and ideally positioned on site in easy access of all facilities. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful time this is one of the best sites we have been to. The caravan was lovely everything you needed was supplies home from home. Lovely big decking for the dogs to sit and watch the world go by. Everyone agreed one of the best holidays yet would defiantly recommend it

Great location on very large site (100 acres).
