The Luxury Villa Trogir 3 with pool is situated in Okrug Gornji on the small peninsula of Ciovo (1 km from the center of the place), only 50 meters from the sea and 2.5 km from the historic town of Trogir.
The surface of the entire estate is 700 m2;, while the area of the villa covers up to 300 m2; and is divided into 4 different levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. It is suitable accommodation for up to 14 people.
On the basement floor of Villa Trogir 3, you will find a multi-facility area, equipped with a sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a gym and a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy every day.
A special part of this villa is its stone terrace on the ground floor, which boasts an outdoor pool and a shower. Near the pool, you will find an outdoor dining table for 14 people and comfortable deck chairs.
Within the ground floor of this villa, you will find a comfortable living room and dining room with a dining table for 14 people. On this floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The first and second floors of the villa are designed as resting and sleeping areas. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. On the second floor of the villa, there are 3 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
