Hot tub wasn’t working. Called and reported it the morning of day 2. Was told someone would be right there. Evening of day 2 someone called to check on us. Told this person about the hot tub. They acted like it had not been reported. Said someone would be there to fix it. Day 4, we checked out. Still no one has shown up to check hot tub.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in your cabin only complaints we had was our last night there which was Saturday night the hot tub water would not heat up it stayed at 94° other than that everything else was perfect and thank you
