Located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Boston, this modern self-catering 3 bedroom, furnished property benefits from a spacious living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom.

To the rear of the property, a small maintenance garden can be found, with access available from the walkway parallel to the property.

Situated just off the A16, the property lies a few hundred feet from a recently refurbished popular chain pub, plus major eateries including Greggs, Burger King, Costa & Starbucks.

Excellent stay

We had a great nights stay in the old dairy. I could do with a lick of paint here and there but all was great in terms of space, generally clean, location.

Stayed three nights in September. The property is well situated about two miles from Boston town centre and there is a dedicated free parking space outside the front door. Property was clean and well maintained throughout and there is a toilet downstairs with a bath and shower upstairs. There is a small garden at the back with a washing line. Very comfortable for three to four people. The only small niggles were that part of the toaster was broken and the shower height adjustment was also broken. Apart from these small inconveniences it was very comfortable and nice quiet location.
