Snow tubing trip

It was very roomy. We had some family that couldn't make the trip after we had to reschedule our trip in January due to weather so we had plenty of space.

Middle of the road

Great place overall except for cleanliness. We found soap from a previous stay. The floors made everyone’s feet black. Would be an excellent place If time was taken to clean properly.

Cockroaches and not clean

There was both live and dead cockroaches found during check in and out. The shower heads were molded as well as the baseboards around the tubs. Cabin was super noisy and loud. The only positives were the location and the heat worked great.

My Husband’s Birthday Getaway with Family

My family was very hesitant about staying here because of the reviews. Let me tell you it was 16 of us youngest being 13 oldest 68. This place was so amazing from top to bottom. My husband and I got the King room with the Jacuzzi and let’s just say we clean the Jacuzzi out lol. We put our teenager on the bottom game room floor and heard nothing from them. Not sure what they sprayed on the porch but no one get bit. We played lots of family games Uno was definitely a big hit and the amazing wooden long table sat everyone. We had amazing breakfast and lunch at this table. I’m sad that we did not have enough time to utilize the hot tub but that’s ok because I have taken a vote from our family and we have to make it back again this year. However, the only recommendation I would like to make is tearing up the carpet on all of the stairs. It’s pretty stained and has a slight odor and I honest think it would look better and blend better since everything else is wood through out the cabin. I would also like to recommend that the couch or sofa be updated. But outside of the carpet and sofa’s. Let me tell you this place is amazing. Also if the you have WiFi issues make sure the WiFi is plugged in we found this out by calling the 24 hour maintenance people who assisted us very quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was still working. All in all I give this place a 9 out of 10 because of the sofa and carpet these are super easy minor updates. Thank you guys 💙⭐️🤠💙⭐️🤠

Messy and lies

Upon arrival the top floor lock didn’t work. Someone showed up, he informed us that he doesn’t know why it wasn’t working and would come back to repair it. He never did. There were tears in the pool table cloth. The blinds were torn. There were multiple beer bottles on the two balconies that contained large amounts of cigarette butts. In the top floor bathroom, there was a wet loofa on the floor. During the stay the dryer quit working. I called and informed them of what was happening. No one ever came to check on it. When I called back they were waiting for owner approval to replace it. Even though they never showed up. During both of those calls, I called about a trash pickup. No one showed to pick up the trash. I asked if we needed to leave them in the container or take to the bottom of the property and the woman on the phone said leave them. So we had to leave trash outside in a non bear secured area for two nights. The only thing this place had that was true, was the amount of rooms and bathrooms. But for this price, I should have stayed somewhere else, that was cleaner and had better communication with management. I will not be staying with Eagle Property management again!

Big cabin!

Positives: 1) It's a great cabin with a cool layout. Game room and bedroom on bottom floor, 3 bedrooms and small common area on the second floor, 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining, and large common area on the third floor, and a large master bedroom on the fourth floor. We had 12 people in it with no issues. 2) It's right around the corner from the pool and a very short drive to the main strip of Pigeon Forge. 3) We noticed a leak in one bathroom the evening we arrived and shut off the water in that bathroom. Management had someone out to fix it very early the next morning. Very pleased with that! Negatives: 1) Not a lot of parking for such a large cabin. We had 4 vehicles and had to put one right in front of the front door. 2) It could have been cleaner, we noticed the bottom of our feet/socks were black after a bit of walking around the cabin. That's pretty gross! My personal guess is that it was the carpet on the stairs. I think it needed a good steam cleaning. Also, one of the bedspreads was absolutely nasty. Fortunately we found a decent spare in a closet and replaced it. 3) The pool table looks pretty decent in the pictures but it's not. It's old and beat up. You can play pool on it, but it's in pretty rough shape. The foosball table could use repair to the handles. Otherwise it worked great. 4) Obviously there are a lot of stairs! If anyone in your party has joint issues, this could be a problem. The negatives didn't outweigh the positives. We had a wonderful time and would consider this cabin again.

Well I ask previously was the place clean and once I had gotten there it wasn't clean to my liking

If this place gets the proper attention it needs it would be the idea place to rent.it needs a LOT OF UP GRADING the pillows the toilets,over all cleaning the carpet was not vacuumed going up and down the stairs dog hair was everywhere dust there is a leak over by the kitchen cabinet and some of the bedrooms did not have the futons in them so it really didn't sleep 20 people so do some up grading and it would be a great place to go back to.

Wouldn’t stay again.

The house itself would be great if it was maintained. When we arrived, the house was very dirty. Moldy shower curtains, floors had our feet black, light bulbs out all over the house, cigarette butts on the decks, and false eyelashes stuck to a headboard just to name a few. We also did not have working internet until our last day of vacation as it had to be serviced. I gave 2 stars only because management was helpful and made every attempt to correct the issues. My take is they just need to hire a new company to maintain the properties.

The check in from HELL!!!!!!!!!

The renting process was easy it was online!My Family Travel A lot but I would never use this property again!!!The check in was awful but the customer service was great!!When you’ve traveled your check in should be smooth!!We were there @4:00 pm we checked in @ 6:00 no refund or late say!!!

Very large, but not well equipped

Wireless very, very slow. Refrigerator very small, had to use coolers and buy ice, kitchen poorly equipped (no pitcher for tea, one pot holder, one dish towel, one cookie sheet, one large pot). Furniture in living room very warn out (hard to sit in). Not enough furniture on decks (1 deck had 7 chairs, 1 deck had 3 chairs, 1 deck had four rocking chairs that you could not move to another deck.

No Hot water

We stayed here for two nights and we are a group of 6 couples. This house ran out of hot water both the days and half of the guests had to shower with cold water. Some of the doors don't lock properly.

Not a BIG Bang for the BUCK$$$

The cabin it self was nice and clean, and in an ideal location for a family vacation of 18, but could stand to be updated: > The couches & beds were soft. > Having 4 levels should have had multiple thermostats. When the upper levels were comfortable, the lower levels were a little bit too cool. > The essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc were limited for a cabin with 7-bedrooms. > The refrigerator is too small for a cabin with 7-bedrooms. We were accused of having too much stuff in the refrigerator. Well what do you expect when you have an inadequate sized refrigerator in a cabin of that size. > The washer runs fine as long as it is empty. In it's entirety the cabin and location was great for a large family vacation in the smokies.
