Spacious two-room apartment located in Porto Pollo, ideally situated for easy access—even on foot—to the beautiful beaches of Porto Pollo.
The apartment features a lovely covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, and a small garden. At the back, just outside the bedroom, there is yet another patio furnished with a table and chairs, complete with a barbecue for delicious summer grilled meals. The apartment, which is air-conditioned, consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two sofa beds, a 40-inch TV, a microwave, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.
Blankets and bedspreads are provided in the apartment (bed and bath linens are not included).
* Excellent location: Ample parking in front of the apartment, a convenience store about 300 meters away, a restaurant/bar/pizzeria 300 meters away, the lively town of Palau is only 5 km away, Olbia (port and airport) is 40 km away, and day trips to the La Maddalena Archipelago are available from Palau.
